PRAISE THE LORD
Prison Mission Report
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
"We become too easily discouraged over the souls who do not at once respond to our efforts. Never should we cease to labor for a soul while there is one gleam of hope. Precious souls cost our self-sacrificing Redeemer too dear a price to be lightly given up to the tempter's power.
"We need to put ourselves in the place of the tempted ones. Consider the power of heredity, the influence of evil associations and surroundings, the power of wrong habits. Can we wonder that under such influences many become degraded? Can we wonder that they should be slow to respond to efforts for their uplifting?
"Often, when won to the gospel, those who appeared coarse and unpromising will be among its most loyal adherents and advocates. They are not altogether corrupt. Beneath he forbidding exterior there are good impulses that might be reached. Without a helping hand many would never recover themselves, but by patient, persistent effort they may be uplifted. Such need tender words, kind consideration, tangible help. They need that kind of counsel which will not extinguish the faint gleam of courage in the soul. Let the workers who come in contact with them consider this.
"Some will be found whose minds have been so long debased that they will never in this life become what under more favorable circumstances they might have been. But the bright beams of the Sun of Righteousness may shine into the soul. It is their privilege to have the life that measures with the life of God. Plant in their minds uplifting, ennobling thoughts. Let your life make plain to them the difference between vice and purity, darkness and light. In your example let them read what it means to be a Christian. Christ is able to uplift the most sinful and place them where they will be acknowledged as children of God, joint heirs with Christ to the immortal inheritance.
"By the miracle of divine grace, many may be fitted for lives of usefulness. Despised and forsaken, they have become utterly discouraged; they may appear stoical and stolid. But under the ministration of the Holy Spirit, the stupidity that makes their uplifting appear so hopeless will pass away. The dull, clouded mind will awake. The slave of sin will be set free. Vice will disappear, and ignorance will be overcome. Through the faith that works by love, the heart will be purified and the mind enlightened." {MH 168-169}

Dear Brother in Christ,
I'm writing you in need of your help. Back in 2007 I wrote you a letter asking you to please send me a copy of your book. As I was without funds to buy your book, you did and I will be forever grateful that you did that for me. My life has done a 360* turn. Thank you again.
Robert, CA
Greetings to you at JCPM,
WOW! Someone showed me a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". I was overwhelmed by how much information it shared about our Lord Jesus and the Word of God was clear and intense. Please send me a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically" so I can do your study course. I look forward to it and I'm eager to learn all I can each day about our Lord and Saviour.
David, CA
To Whom It May Concern,
I saw your book, "Change Your Life Biblically" but only for a moment. If it is possible to send me a copy, I would greatly appreciate it.
David, CA
Dear Ron,
Thank you for your response. Ten First class stamps enclosed. May the Good Lord bless you. I learned of your ministry from another inmate named Joe. I had not seen Joe in years until I came to prison.
But Joe had changed. On the street he was a dangerous man. A real killer. Now he is a calm, peaceful man. I asked him why. He pulled out a little book. It was your book and a Bible. He gave me one of your pamphlets. He told me if you wanted to really change, you need Christ. So here I am writing you. I need God to save me from myself.
Edgardo, MS
Dear Brother Ron,
Thank you for the book you sent me. The book "Change Your Life Biblically" has been of great help to me. I read the book with my Bible on one side to see the references and related texts. God bless you. God help you continue doing good for prisoners through your ministry.
Jose, CA
Dear JCPM,
I want to thank you for sending me, "Change Your Life Biblically". Me and brother Swanson who also received one are studying together every night. We do appreciate you and your ministry for sharing the Love of God. I have enclosed seven different men who are also interested in receiving 'Change Your Life Biblically'. I pray that you will be able to send them one also. We are at a faith based institution and many of these men are seeing a change of heart. They want help and the only one I know who can change a man is Jesus Christ. I thank you again and pray that God will richly bless you and your ministry for all that you are doing in spreading the good news.
Michael, FL
Dear Ron,
Just a quick note to let you know I've received he JCPM introductory issue you sent as well as the "Change Your Life Biblically" book. Thank you very much. The fact that there are fellow brothers in Christ out there ministering to those of us stuck behind bars means the world to me and truly warms my heart. I plan to dig right in to your book. I will write again in the future.
Kelly, CA
Dear John,
I recently received your book. It as a gift from God. The Holy Spirit who leads us in all truth had definitely confirmed the truths in your book. God is raising up men who will not compromise with the world's churches and their traditional methods. I truly believe that you are a valuable tool in His plan. Your whole operation is humble and all that matters to you is doing the Lord's will. And like me, I believe you wouldn't trade the simple but awesome truths of the Gospel for the whole world. I understand your passion for the Lord Jesus. I sense your sincerity. Now He has entrusted me with a righteous zeal to fight the evil forces that had me trapped. And a passion to help others that are being overtaken by those same forces.
Charles, FL
Dear JCPM,
My name is Carlos. I want to thank you for this book "Change Your Life Biblically". I am only half way through the book and you clearly have opened my eyes to a clearer picture of my life in Jesus Christ. I've never thought that reading the little that I read so far from your book would actually make my "fear" of God more intense, especially the information on the Sabbath day and Revelation. WOW! Anyway, do you have this book "Change Your Life Biblically" in Spanish? My cellmate is Spanish and primarily speaks it and I really would like for him to receive this book.
Carlos, CT
Dear Ron,
I just started and received your "Change Your Life Biblically". Wow, thank you so much. I just started it and can barely put it down. Finally someone gave me the word that I can understand. Someone who's been here where I am today. I will be released a changed person with the Lord in my life. Thank you. Me and my celly will enjoy your Bible studies daily. He has sent for his own because I am definitely bringing my book home with me to study on the street.
Kent, CA
Brother Ronald,
God bless you deeply. I thank you for your obedience to our Lord for it has blessed me more than I can say. It has opened my eyes to the Word of God more than ever before in my life. I am led to believe this is one of the reasons I am here. For we know "All things work for the good..". I do want to thank you personally for the beautiful Bible you sent me. I totally enjoy it. It's not only full of beauty, it looks good, and giant print to so I can actually see it. I guess you know that I have already written to some of the other ministries you sent me a list of and I thank you again for that. I continue to share "the truth" with patience and I believe that the truth will set many free. A few people in this unit now have your book and I am encouraging them to read and complete the test and continue in their walk following Jesus Christ. I am looking forward to the new CYLB. I have been going through the first one so much it is kind of separating. I am also looking forward to reading "Great Controversy". I feel as though reading CYLB has truly taken me off the broad way and re-directed me onto the narrow path to life.
Harald, CA
Dear Ronald John,
I received "Change Your Life Biblically" book today. I'm going to start reading it. I already read the "Introductory Issue". I like it. It is a lot of good people writing to you. Thank you for showing them all the Light of God. We need more persons like you in the world. We appreciate everything you do for the Word of God. Thank you so much for the Bible study materials you sent to several of us. Your generosity is appreciated.
Ray, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
I'm writing you back this very short letter to say "Hello" to you my brother in Christ. And of course to let you know that you are in my prayers. From the very bottom of my heart, I do thank you for sending me your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I read it every day and I just can't thank you enough. Thank you.
Virgil, AZ
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to receive your free Bible studies. A fellow inmate blessed me with a bookmark that contained your info. I thank you in advance for your blessing.
Brandon, CA
Hi,
I would love to have that book, "Change Your Life Biblically". Please, I have no money to send for it. I would love to have it cause I know that it would change my life. Please send me one. Please.
Christopher, NV
Hello,
I had just got into the Word and I'm loving it. It is bringing me up out of the hole I've been in. Everything in me is starting to change. I was reading your book, "Change Your Life Biblically" but the person it belonged to left so I did not get to finish it. I would love if you can send one to me and a lot more literature that can help me understand more about the Lord our God. I think this book you have is so good and would love to get one.
Christopher, CA
Dear Brother Ronald,
I am sending JCPM a book of ten stamps. I got the workbook back in January. At that time I was indigent so when I came across some money I knew I had to repay you for the book. I have been reading it and so far I have learned a lot from it. You are a great reminder that with Jesus our sins are forgiven and all things are possible no mater what the situation may be. Your ministry is in my prayers. I pray that it keeps growing.
Jordan, GA
Dear Brother,
I have a great desire to learn more about God. I would like to ask you guys if you could send me the book named, "Change Your Life Biblically"? I really appreciate it.
Vicente, CA
Dear Brother Ronald John,
I have a son who is 12 years old. Could you please send us a few good spiritual books that we could study together by mail and if possible a Bible or any Bible stories you have available. Thank you.
Raymond, CA
Dear Sir,
I am writing to request a free copy of your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". After reading about your ministry and letter to the Bible student inside the front cover of your book that belongs to another inmate, I've become very interested in having a copy of my own and enrolling in your Bible study. Your response and book is very much appreciated. I look forward to receiving your book.
R., CA
Hello Brother Ronald,
It is always a pleasure to hear from you. I always enjoy your letters and you are so right, it is easier to learn when you can actually "see" the words. That gave me a good laugh. It is so true. And you know how precious a good laugh in here can be. Thank you my brother. (I sent him a large print Bible) Little by little I too believe is an effective process for all concerned. The truth I do believe will reveal itself to those who are open to receive her. I will continue to present God's truth. I thank you again for your continued fellowship, support and guidance. I thank you also for being so attentive to my letters. I continue to hand out the pamphlets. Tell others about the Lord and your wonderful Bible study. I believe about 3 or 4 others have ordered from you and there will be more. Your obedience is my blessing. May mine be the same to others. Thank you Ronald.
Harold, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
I hope and pray the ministry is doing good. I've been reading the newsletter and happy that so many people are coming to God and their lives are changing due to reading your book. I have to say, "God bless you" and thank you also brother. Your book has showed me the true "Sabbath day" I never knew about and about finding a real church. Your book has also blessed me in learning about "control". I had anger with words which also hurt people. But I've given it to God and have learned in here to walk away when I hear staff members or other inmates call people names. Your book is an eye opener. I even had to leave the Bible study due to false prophets and backstabbing. But I found 4 real brothers to be with and the Bible says where 2 or more are gathered I am in the midst. I would never be in the wonderful place my life is in now with God first in my life and my family which I could and would never of had standing by me without reading "Change Your Life Biblically". It really works.
Dwight, CA
Ronald John,
Great to hear from you. Prayer to lock down, I got n opening by a guy named David. I flooded him with your tracks and I've found ways to get stuff to others. I've been really praying of this but they've been coming my way one or the other. I've taken my Bible and CYLB to the yard and found guys willing to listen. But it's more than this. I've found myself in conversation like on the way to chow at yard, in day room with the gang members, addicts or gays whom know me for me and want to hear "sound" instructions or plainly talk about God. I've flooded this place with God's truth or your fliers. I know a lot ain't ready to commit. Some don't have nothing to do but most are really burdened by their sins and seem hopeless. I just hope they really do order your book.
Frankie, CA
Brother Ron,
I thank you for your letter. Your ministry said it has an opening for me. Brother I really need and want this more than anything. I'm 21 and when I am released I have nowhere to go. This is my first time in prison. All my charges include burglary and harassment on police officers. Nothing crazy. All my family has left me. They are sick of me being in places like prison. I would love to take this chance to get to follow and do Jesus work. I can't go back to the same place. I'll fall back into the same old stuff. I have nobody. Please help me out with this.
Dave, FL
Dear Sir,
Three years ago I lost my 35 year old son. The grief has been awful. I cried a million tears. I have faith in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Could you send me the book, "Change Your Life Biblically"? Please help me.
Frank, RI
Brother Ron,
I was given your "Change Your Life Biblically" booklet. I just arrived here. I've lost 2 moms and 1 sister within the past year. I really don't have any outside support. As of right now I am indigent. I have nothing to give although my heart and hands are always open. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me continue my journey on my path to heaven.
Nathan, IN
Dear Brother Ronald,
I was glad to get your letter when I was in county jail. I took into consideration about the time so I waited until I got to prison. I had asked you for the "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. I have no money and this is my last stamp I'm writing to you with. I'm totally indigent at this time until God knows when. So I'd like to get my hands on this workbook and hope that you can find it in your heart to send it to me free of charge.
Ricky, GA
Dear Brother Ron,
I received your letter back today responding to the one I sent you. Thank you. Wow, you are a really amazing person. I never thought in a million years one person could have the time to read and answer every letter sent to you. Always a positive letter from you. That truly touches my heart. Negative is no longer an option now I have Jesus Christ and your ministry in my life. You asked me to be a lookout for the ministry and find someone between the ages 18-24. Unfortunately I've never been locked up and seen so many of our younger generation that may never see life on the outside again. It is very sad but true. But that didn't stop me from passing your ministry on to as many of them as I could. I even sent some of your info packets to a pen-pal that writes different prisons around California with the hope I make a touch-down where you are not already at. I myself think they should pass out your book in R&R (receiving for new inmates) and give people a chance on seeing how amazing life is when you live the life with Jesus Christ and JCPM in your life. When I release I know it's not going to be easy. But you and your book have given me the faith and trust that I know this time I will make it in the real world. I will keep in touch when I hit the streets. You are truly amazing ministry that helped change my life forever. Thank you. Soon my children will be thanking you for their newly changed daddy.
Kent, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
Again, I've received your very welcome letter. And of course I was very glad to hear from you brother and to get some mail. Thank you. It shows someone cares very much for me. Before I go on, I also have received the newsletters you have sent me. I really enjoy them very much. I read everything. Thank you. Hopefully if all goes well I may be out of ADSEG real soon. Wherever I'm at, brother Ron, I'll keep praying for you and the ministry.
Virgil, AZ
Dear Brother Ron,
Well, since I passed out these flyers, I hear people are getting the book. Also, a couple of guys have started to join me in studying. The Lord is moving hearts. Yet at the same time this last Sabbath was disappointing because the two guys I was studying with didn't show up. Although while I was studying alone, a couple guys I know stopped to say hi. I rubbed a little Jesus on them. Keeping men focused on the task at hand and encouraging them to take the Scriptures seriously is sometimes mentally draining. The seem eager at first but then fall off. I'm growing and learning more while also conquering sins by the might of my Saviour. One new guy that moved on the range is a Lutheran and we have been doing some good studies so far. He seems not quite able to grasp the teaching that we must keep the Ten Commandments although he knows that they are God's standard of right. Even in his little Lutheran Catechism Dr. Luther speaks highly of them. This is the point I'm trying to share with him. That everyone holds them in such high regard but don't want to obey them. Anymore since I came to God's truth, I am so discouraged with the world and its churches. They tell us to follow Jesus, but don't tell us how. They tell us we are all just doomed to live with sin our hearts. We can try to be "good" but will never be good. What rubbish. My Savior did not die in vain. He died to cleanse me from all sin.
Therefore I can be "good" because He lives in me. Things going slow and steady here. One person at a time. Even then keeping up with that one person to push them along a little is a lot of work. It's hard to help people along who have become so brain washed by the nonsense that is preached from most pulpits. People need to quit looking toward these TV ministries and just look to the Word of God and read it. Let Jesus explain things.
Preston, IN
Dear Brother,
I'm writing this short letter to thank you from the bottom of my heat. Thank you for sending me the brother's book, "Change Your Life Biblically". And Friday I received the newsletters. Thank you kindly for getting them to me and may the Lord repay you for me. Thank you for everything you do for us locked up.
Jose, SC
Hi Ron,
When I got your letter, my initial reaction was "who is he to tell me.
I contemplated everything from writing you back with a foul letter to not writing you back at all - looking up the exact definition of "ploy". So I'm sitting here doing my Bible study and God directed me to read it again and you are 100% correct. Criticism can be a hard thing to take sometimes. You said to let you know how I am putting "that learning into practice". Right now I feel like I'm driving with blinders on. Letting God navigate. Cause I know I'll crash on my own. I'm just trying to remember to keep my hands off the wheel. So that's what I'm practicing right now. Keeping my hands off the wheel until God grants me the wisdom to help steer because I know that nobody can ever drive on their own. I've already shared the book with 3 other people that read it and one guy just got his own. Hey, that's like me doing God's work. Keep sending flyers, I give em to people that's gonna use em.
Steve, CA
Dear Ronald John,
Thank you for your letter. I'm sending you 10 stamps so I may receive your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I hope this will meet your needs enough to be able to receive your book. I've heard it's an amazing book and very inspiring and uplifting. That it gets very deep into what the Lord does and about His Word. I strive to learn more about His Word and about Him each day. I read the Bible and attend Bible studies. I believe your book will inspire me to go even further to increase my knowledge in the Bible and the Lord. Also that it will have a huge effect in my life for the better.
Alexander, CA
Brother Ron,
I want to thank you again for the book I received. It's helped me understand a lot of things I didn't understand before. I really had the time to read do to being in prison. I'm just thankful for my blessings. I know this is only temporary and God has a plan for me.
Aaron, CA
Greetings,
I was talking with another brother in Christ and he was talking about a book called, "change Your Life Biblically". He gave me your address and said I can receive this book if I write and request one. I am studying the Word and carrying my cross daily. I love the Father very much enough to give my life for Him.
Chris, CA

"The Bible teaches modesty in dress. "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel." 1 Timothy 2:9. This forbids display in dress, gaudy colors, profuse ornamentation. Any device designed to attract attention to the wearer or to excite admiration, is excluded from the modest apparel which God's word enjoins.
"Our dress is to be inexpensive--not with "gold, or pearls, or costly array." Verse 9. "Money is a trust from God. It is not ours to expend for the gratification of pride or ambition. In the hands of God's children it is food for the hungry, and clothing for the naked. It is a defense to the oppressed, a means of health to the sick, a means of preaching the gospel to the poor. You could bring happiness to many hearts by using wisely the means that is now spent for show. Consider the life of Christ. Study His character, and be partakers with Him in His self-denial." {MH 287}
So many put so much money into clothes, food, drink and church. But none of that will get us into Heaven. We must take our salvation personally. We must live as Jesus lived. We must know what God requires for our salvation. For more information please contact this little ministry that Jesus rose up to prepare people for the end of time.
Love in Christ,
