Prison Mission Report

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Here it is April and it only seems like yesterday we entered this new year. Those of you with more years of experience under your belt, do the years keep going by faster and faster as we get older? If this keeps up, the years will go by so fast, I won’t have time to get older.  J

God has truly been good to this ministry and those who are supporting this ministry. My heart rejoices when I get letters from inmates and donors who are being blessed because of their love and support and obedience to the message of this ministry. So awesome. Please sit back now and enjoy more letters.

Folks, I have opened up a savings account for the purpose of putting every extra dollar away for books. I would love to have $50,000 by the end of this summer for books. We are running out of books and need to print the second edition. I know that you will want to help us reach this goal. God will bless you as you bless us.

Dear Ronald John,

I wrote to you last month and requested your book because I had seen a copy and was very impressed by the bold truth it displayed in opposition to what our society is teaching in these days. It is not often you find this in research material unless you dig very deep and are determined to find the truth. Most people do not have a fighting chance due to the barriers and obstacles they are up against, such as the amazingly abundant amount of garbage the majority of the world insists on publishing for sinful monetary gain. Add to this the amount of mind altering chemicals people eat in their food and the digital high-tech multitude of frequencies which keep them glued to their idiot boxes and you have a lethal combination. I am one of those determined people and I intend to live by the truth, even if it kills me. I am so tired of this life I have lived. I am sick to death of convincing myself I can go it along. Up until November, my actual learning and reading has been at a leisurely pace, although steady. After finding your book, I must say, it has sparked a new urgency in my learning.

Jason, CA

JCPM,

I am doing time in Oregon. I would like a info packet about what you guys are about and offer us prisoners. I got your address from another brother here. Thank you for serving the least of these.

Robert, OR

Brother Ronald,

I know now that God has always had a plan for my life and since I’ve been studying ‘Change Your Life Biblically", I have come to the knowledge that most of the things taught in the churches today are sugar coated. Let me just say that your book has truly given me wisdom and a better understanding of not only the teachings and life of Jesus, but it also shows me how to apply it to "my" life and make God’s Word work and deliver me from the hand of evil. So thank you because the title of your book isn’t just words, it is truth. What I’m trying to say my brother, you are blessed, anointed and chosen. Your book has literally changed my life biblically. May God’s Spirit continue to transform people’s lives through your book.

Thomas, CA

To Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,

The book I’m asking for, "Change Your Life Biblically", I got to tell you, this book is right on. It really makes me study more. You did a great job putting it together. I’m sitting in prison with a 12 year sentence and I was wondering if you could find a way to send me another issue of your book. I need next volume.

William, CA

(Sorry William, there is no volume 4, at this time. When the Spirit is ready to dictate another volume to me, as He did the first three volumes, then we will get it out.)

Hello,

I am interested in receiving your "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. I am indigent for I just came in. I am struggling for my sobriety. My wife is also locked up here. Please, I pray that I will receive your workbook. Oh, can you send her one too?

Charles, OR

Dear JCPM,

I am interested in receiving your workbook, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am an addict who is desperate to change. I am currently indigent but I have been able to get stamps from friends in here and will definitely send you stamps as time goes on.

Tonya, OR

Dear JCPM,

Thank you for the "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. I’ve been a Christian for some years but haven’t been able to attain peace in my life on the street. Discontent caused me to backslide into old mind-sets and old habits which landed me back into prison. I’m just starting to get into my workbook and so far it seems like just what I’ve been looking for to assist me in remaining steadfast in becoming a firmly rooted and grounded. I look forward to going through the rest of these volumes and experiencing a lasting change in my life with the fulfillment of the promises of peace for good and not just a season.

John, CA

Hello,

I’m writing you this letter in hopes of receiving your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". See, some guy told me about it and gave me this address. I could really use it right now. I’m tired and broken. I’ve been in jails/prisons most of my life. I’m tattooed from my neck/face to my legs. I am tired. I’m alone. My wife finally gave up on me . My life has hit its lowest. I just gave my life to Jesus Christ and I need a friend. Right now I’m ready to change but need help. All I know is prison, gangs, drugs etc. I also recently left gangs. Thank you.

Charles, CA

To my Brother in Christ,

One of my bunkies had your book called, "Change Your Life Biblically". I was only able to read a bit of it but what I read I thought was great. So I’m here to ask you if you could send me a copy of the book. The only bad part is, I’m broke. I’ve got no postage or I would send it. The book you wrote on the Bible is great. I would love to have one.

Brett, CA

Ron,

Thank you very much for the book markers and the certificate. I do not need a Bible. Let those that don’t have one have it. I hear what you are saying about slowing down. But I must tell you how the Lord has given me back even more than I’ve given to you. I am moved to help you as much as I can with what I have and can give from where I am at now. God willing that will change. But until then the stamps are what I have to give and since I have given the little I have, I’ve got back twice in money that I’ve given and not only that, but it has given me an opportunity to talk about God and your ministry to others. Inmates see me get these stamps every week. Now they are asking what I’m doing with them and I tell them everything. So this week I send the same and pray that God will continue to draw inmates to Him through me. I have had two inmates come to me and study with me because of the fasting I went through. They want to be with open ears and they both are listening. God is good. Again, thank you for your work in this ministry and most of all I thank God that He is using you and I and every one that teaches the truth from His Word.

Kevin, CA

Dear to whom it may concern,

Hello, my name is Shaun. I am very interested in your program to work for Jesus in His ministry. I look to get the workbook. The only thing is that I don’t know when I am actually going to prison, but I am in jail right now. I will be going to prison for a little while. But I would like to get started because God is my Savior and always will be.

Shaun, MO

Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,

I’m currently incarcerated. I am trying to get my life together through our Lord Jesus Christ. I came across your, "Change Your Life Biblically" book and found out I could write you to receive a copy. Thank you for your time and effort. I appreciate all that your ministry does for us.

Raymond, CA

Greetings,

I am writing you to tell you I have no $. Yes, I’m totally indigent, so could you please send me your study? I keep making the same mistake over and over and over and over. I’m at the end of myself. I’m almost 47. I have been doing this back and forth thing since I was 15 years old. Please send your study.

Ron, CA

JCPM,

I would really enjoy receiving your workbook. I do want to change my life biblically. I have a little under 10 months left. I want to be as strong in the Word as possible. I’ve been down since December 2004. I’m totally indigent and have no support. I would be so thankful if I could receive your workbook. If I’m able to have some one send me a book of stamps, I will mail them off to you. But at this time I have know way to pay you.

Robert, CA

To Whom it may Concern,

A fellow inmate had showed me a copy of your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I wanted to ask you if you could send me a copy? I only had time to read a short portion of the book. I am presently going through the receiving process. But with a sentence of 7 years, I’ll have time to read your book if you would please send me one. Thank you so much.

David, CA

To Whom it may Concern,

I recently came across your brochure for "Change Your Life Biblically" and I am thoroughly interested in reading it. I am now about 4 months into my three year prison sentence and have been reading the Bible nonstop. It seems as though it is the only way that I can ease my mind of some of the pressures and worries I have about being in prison and about my son. The Bible really helps me daily in many different ways. Sometimes it’s a little hard to understand, but I just go over it again till I understand it. I am extremely interested in reading "Change Your Life Biblically" because the Lord has shown me my life and how I was previously living it through a whole new perspective since I’ve been incarcerated. Now I know that I truly do need to change my life. The Bible has helped me a great deal so far. I think your book can help me a great deal too. I am indigent and have no one to put any kind of funds on my books, otherwise I would gladly purchase your book or give a donation. I am very anxious and excited to get started and reading it. Part of what makes me so interested is that you spent some time locked up too. I’m curious about studying the Bible and it sounds to me like you have accomplished the same goal I am working on currently, which is to change my life for the better through the Bible. I would love to learn the facts and what I need to do and learn from someone who has already been there and was able to make the facts a little easier to understand.

Dale, CA

To Whom it may concern,

My name is Delbert. A Christian brother has your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". It is an awesome book and I would like to have one for my self. However I parole soon so therefore I wouldn’t have the time to receive it here. Upon my release I’m going in a drug program. What I would like to know is if you could send me a little something on your ministry to my home address? I would appreciate it very much. Thank you very much.

Delbert, CA

JCPM,

I recently sent you a donation and received the workbook, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am reading the book and really enjoy it. However, I haven’t received the monthly newsletter. I appreciate what I am reading and would like to thank you.

Antwon, CA

Dear Mr. Ronald John,

I have received your letter. I’m very interested in starting your Bible study. Would like to start on the workbook. As you pointed out in your letter, you are sometimes able to provide your material to indigent prisoners. I fall into this category. I would like to start your studies as soon as possible. I’m very interested in them. Please get back in touch with me on what I can do to make this happen.

Christeen, OK

To Whom it may Concern,

I am currently a Federal inmate and would really enjoy receiving any Bible studies, book or any other Christian material which you might think I would enjoy. I have a hunger and passion for continuing my walk with Christ. I am a new Christian. Thank you

Tracy, CA

Dear Sir,

Just to let you know that I have seen a book that one of the inmates has that you have sent him. I would like to be interested in that book. He told me that it will be helpful to send you 10 stamps. At this time I don’t really have 10 stamps at this time. But would like to send them to you when I go to the canteen. Thank you very much for your understanding. As soon I can get these stamps, I’ll be very helpful to send them to you.

David, CA

Dear Sir,

I hope all is well with everyone. If you have available any Bible studies and other reading materials at little or no cost, would you please forward that information. I am always looking for more ways to study God’s Word. I would appreciate your assistance.

Ward, OR

Brother Ron,

I am enclosing my tithes for this past month with a smile on my face and in my heart, knowing they will be helping others as you’ve helped me.

Diana, CA

JCPM,

My name is Luis and I am a new Christian. I’ve heard about your amazing Bible study. I have no money, but I would just love to receive your Bible study if possible. I would greatly appreciate it.

Luis, CA

Hello,

My name is Russell. I got a chance to look at your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". What I saw I liked very much. Could I get one?

Russell, MO

JCPM,

One of the best studies that I’ve done. It had much detailed information and facts. Knowledge founded on the Bible source and root of the Gospels. Thank you very much. It was most enjoyable. May God continue to unfold His wisdom and knowledge upon you. It was beneficial and insightful. To God be the glory. Keep up the good work.

James, CA

Dear Brother Ronald John,

I am sending you this letter to let you know I would love to be entered into your program. No, I am not indigent and Yes, I will be very happy to start sending my tithes, or $5 a month to your ministries. I will be sending my first tithe soon. I receive money from home the first of every month and I will send in my disbursement to the Warden then. Our Warden here is slow, so it will probably take a few weeks after I send it to Him for him to send it to you. Please put me on the list for all of your program. Please let me thank you for allowing me to take your "Change Your Life Biblically" program. I will give the other three free gift for your booklets to some brothers here. I thank you on behalf of all the brothers here.

Christopher, MI

Hi Ron,

Just wanted to drop a quick note and thank you for the Bible study. I’m just a little bit upset with you. J You see, I’ve been used to doing studies that I can just fly through, you know, the basic, run of the mill, cut and dried kind. Now I’m finding I have to slow down and pay attention. Also, Having to think harder than I’ve been used to and my lazy flesh doesn’t like that too much. J Seriously, I’m having a good time and enjoying the challenge. Learning a lot of new stuff I didn’t know and it’s refreshing. God bless,

Mark, CA

Dear Brother Ron,

This book is the best. Many praises to you for this wonderful book. I have learned so much more than I ever expected. I know that Jesus has a plan for me within these prison walls. I was due to be released and three days ago I was informed that I will have to do another 3 years. Since I am just learning to walk with the Lord, I am grateful for all He has given me in the past. I am indigent so I have not been able to write to you as often as I’ve wanted, but I kept on with reading and working on the answers. It’s what I’ve needed for so long. Once again, thank you so much. I’ve given so much needed love to all just from reading your book.

Kathy, ID

Dear Brother Ronald,

I received your letter and was happy that you responded so quickly. I am very interested in your workbook that you offer. However, I am indigent and will not be able to send in the $5 you requested. If you are able to still send the workbook to me that will be a blessing. That I will be grateful for. I want to thank you for this opportunity. I can appreciate what you have accomplished since you were released from prison.

Barry, CA

Dear Sir,

I received your letter and again it is good to be writing you. I pray you are right in the midst of the Lord’s mercy and grace. I want to order your book and monthly newsletters. I look forward to working through your workbook and have told several others here about your offer. Also, hopefully they will be writing to you. Ron, I have to be honest here. I have been looked up since 1983 and do not have any funds. I use the state’s postage. If I can help you in any other way, I will be glad too.

Morris, TX

Dear JCPM,

I’m totally indigent without help from any one on the outside. I borrow stamps here and there from time to time. I would love to get the pen-pal web site along with "Change Your Life Biblically". I’ll try to come across some stamps in the near future and send them to you. Thank you and God bless you.

Ralphie, CA

Dear Ronald John,

I want to thank you for responding promptly to my first letter. I’m sorry to say that at the moment I don’t have the funds as of yet to send due to my disability which hinders me from working. I’m currently receiving indigent envelopes just to write. I’m even having to borrow writing paper to writ on. But if and when I can, I’ll be writing back to you. Thank you for your time and your faith in Christ. Brother keep up the good faith.

Phillips, CA

Hello,

My son is near the end of his prison sentence. Do you have any info on halfway houses or sober living facilities that you can pass on to him. Actually, any help you can give him would be great. It’s not much, but here is a $10 cash donation to help defray any costs. His info is below. Thank you and God bless you.

Michele, CA

We would love to be able to provide short term housing for inmates who get out but have no place to go. But that takes funding. For about $10,000 we could put down a "cottage" that could house up to 4 inmates. We pray that God will touch hearts as we continue to move forward in God’s work.

Dear Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,

My name is Steven. I received your letter about what to do to obtain the workbook. I sent the letter to my mother. I asked her if she could possibly send $5 for me. I have yet to get a response. Money is tight and as you can see I am using blank paper and our indigent envelope. So I’m just letting you know that I am indigent and I am trying to help out all I can. I just hope to receive the workbook soon.

Steven, CA

Dear Brother Ronald,

Thank you for writing me back with such encouraging words. I rarely receive mail and it’s nice to have some kind conversation come my way from time to time. I really appreciate it. The reason I’m writing today is that I’ve completed reading volume one and I’m honestly afraid. For most of my life I’ve stumbled around in darkness of sin. Many family members repeatedly tried to get me into church with negative results. Several years ago, about 7, I became a Christian and began to attend church with my family even though my wife tends to be a fair weather church goer. Now I’ve raised my 7 year old daughter and my 12 year old son in church and I’m learning that we’re sinning by going to worship on Sunday because of the pagan god Baal was the sun god and the commandments tell us to keep the Sabbath holy. All my life I’ve been taught that Sunday was the Sabbath. When I read that our calendar has never been changed, I was shocked. I think I still am. I’m also afraid. All this time have I been blindly leading my children down the wrong path while trying to enrich them with the enlightenment that my life was without for so long? Now they love going to church on Sunday and attend on a regular basis with family. I’m sick. Has everything been just a sugar coated falsehood? I love God and believe in Jesus wholeheartedly and I’m deathly afraid that I don’t have Him in my life and have messed up my children in the process. What now?

John, CA

Dear Brother Ron,

I am writing in hopes that I can receive another copy of your workbook. Since the last one, I paroled and was violated which caused me to lose it along with other books and a Bible. I would like to finish the workbook, please.

Kevin, CA

(Some inmates are just more hardheaded than others. All inmates have the basic character flaw: "ME, ME, ME; I, I, I." But some are learning that without Jesus and the humility and humbleness that comes with being a true Christian, they just keep returning to prison. This ministry represents Jesus. We will always be here for them when they finally recognize they need to change their lives.)

Dear Mr. John,

Thank you for responding to my request for Bible studies. I am not able to send any stamps at this time as I just started my job here. Could you please send the workbook as I am anxious to get started. As soon as I get paid, I will send you the stamps you have requested.

Tracy, CA

This next came in via email:

"my friend receive some of your ''change your life biblically book'' and i read it. please it have realy improve my faith in Christ. but lack of time i could not finish reading it. so please i am begging you to send me some. about 2. some of my friends also iterested in the book. please you can send the items." KUMA, KANESHIE.ACCRA'/GHANA.

Before we can send books we need to have the funds to print new books. As you can see from below, we don’t have the funds to print new books. I pray that each one of you will look around and begin asking your friends, family and church members to help us. God bless you in helping us reach the thousands of requests coming in from all over the world. I don’t want to use the funds in savings. But we are about $3,000 in debt right now. I pray that hearts will be touched get us out of debt so we don’t have to use our book printing money. Thank you folks.

Ron
