Prison Mission Report!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

The following came by email.

Respected Sister/Brother,

Greetings! I visited your website and happy to know that you are working for the Christian people of the world and serving them spiritually as well. It is great news for me that a lot of people from all over the world are committed to spread the Word of God.  You are requested to start work in Pakistan in our area so we can also get benefit spiritually because a lot of people of Pakistan still do not know Jesus Christ. If you will cooperate with us so we will be able to teach them the Word of God.  Actually, most of the Christians are illiterate and they are working in a miserable conditioned so, they are not able to send their kids to school. That is why we have started to teach them at their homes.

I and some of my friends organized a group to work for the poor kids and for their families. We are total eight group members. We are 3 women and 5 men. We try to visit backward areas of Pakistan and tell them the Word of God from last 3 years. We are growing in faith and same the people we are working for.  Dear, I would like to translate your speeches in Urdu and Punjabi Languages and we can give it to Christian people for reading them, it will be much beneficent for the Pakistani Christian Community to growing in their faith.

You are also requested to start work in Pakistan, so we to gather can uplift our people spiritually. I again humbly request you to visit Pakistan and start work here too. I and my colleague are ready to work for you in Pakistan. So; most of the people will be able to know Jesus Christ.

PS: I would also like to translate your sermons, Studies, and other material for the people of Pakistan in Urdu and Punjabi Languages, so more people of Pakistan will be able to know Jesus as well.

May the Lord grant you continued favor and protection.

In Christ

Dear Brother Ronald John,

First off, Thank you for your feedback on the brochure I sent in. I have money on my books, but I prefer for my parents to send you money. We are pretty well off plus I sent them the brochure. So they will pay for their book and give a donation as well. I am writing to request your great book ‘Change Your Life Biblically". Also, to ask questions. I read your book already and agree with you. My cellie let me read your book. Before I read your book I wrote my parents asking about the pope. There response made me cry. I hate the devil. How he acts so good and he is dooming my family to eternal hell, or trying to. Anyway, my parents response was something like this, How can someone doing so much good be the anti-Christ? I didn’t answer, I just sent them your brochure and put the rest in God’s hands. I received a Catholic Study Bible and it is full of "Sunday Mass Scriptures". Yet I haven’t heard an explanation on the Sunday Sabbath Theory. It’s like they are hiding it, or I’m not looking hard enough. You speak the truth and there isn’t anything wrong with that. Please don’t take offense that after reading your book I’m still stubborn in my ways. I just want to hear other people’s opinion. Plus, I’m only 20. Anyway, thank you and I hope you find the time to write back. I will be praying for you and your ministry. I’m very blessed to have even heard of it. You stay strong and I will continue on my spiritual journey.

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Sheila. My husband recently sent me this pamphlet to read and suggested for me to order a workbook as he is also doing. It sounds very interesting to me. It sounds like it can help me as I am also in the process of trying to change my life around. I think it is a real good thing what you’re doing.

Sheila, CA

This came in by email from a concerned father who asked that I send our book, "Change Your Life Biblically" to his son who is in jail. Folks, hearts are breaking all over the world. This little book is offering hope to so many who didn’t know there could be. Thank you for helping us get these books into the hands of all who ask for them.

Thanks Ron,

I agree with you. Stephen has been in jail since August. He has time to clear his mind and free himself from drugs. I think he is willing and wants a new life. He is reaching for God. I think your book will be a tremendous help for him. He has a 2 year old son named Jaden that also is a big reason to change his life. Jaden is with his Grandfather and Step Grandmother while his mother is staying at a Crack House with someone else. So Stephen has plenty on his mind and is having a big time-out right now. Stephen's older brother 26, named Eric (my oldest son) is deep into drugs, oxytocia, crystal meth, and more. A warrant has just been released for his arrest for check forgery, he is hiding and is so lost. He had asked Jesus into his life when he was younger. He told his mom (my wife) he just doesn't know what to do. So as you can see there is a lot I have turned over to God in Jesus name. I am thankful you are part of his plan.

Norman

Dear Brother in the Lord,

I would like to thank you for this workbook. There is so much I have learned from reading and studying it. My mind is opened up to a world of truth I never knew before. Your ministry and "Change your Life Biblically" book has brought light and truth to the lives of so many people. I thank God for ministries like yours that bring the Word of God to those who are in prison. I have wrote and have called other ministries before and was hung up on and my letters were not answered, just because I am in prison. In God’s Word it said that we are to visit those who are in prison. A minister of the gospel is to care about us no matter what we might have done. Please keep my family in your prayers.

Nelson, CA

To Whom It May Concern,

I was recently introduced to Jesus Christ Prison Ministry by a fellow inmate. Immediately I noticed your ministry is like no other I have come across. I would like to be added to your newsletter roster and would like to be sent information about how to order the book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am not an indigent inmate, but I don’t know where or how to order the book. Although I am currently involved with a Bible study through the Salvation Army, I would be interested in starting one for Jesus Christ Prison Ministry.

J., CA

Greetings,

Someone shared this brochure with me. They explained something about 10 stamps which are inclosed with this letter. I want to be part of this ministry. I would like to be part of all you have to offer.

Margus, CA

Hello,

I am very interested in your workbook, "Change Your Life Biblically". I’m sick and tired of my life style and my behavior. I want to change. I know that Jesus is the way. I am indigent but I’m asking for help. I will work hard and take to heart this Bible study.

Jeffery, CA

Dear Ronald John,

Hello. I’m writing back to request the workbook that you have to offer for free. I have enclosed the amount of stamps needed for the workbook to be sent to me. Some other fellow inmates have expressed that your ministry is suffering some financial woes. I am sorry to hear that. I pray that God will look over you and help keep you spiritually motivated. May your financial needs be helped because we need you. Thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do through JCPM.

Richard, ND

JCPM,

I am writing to ask if you can please send me your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I don’t have any funds. I have come across this application and have had a chance to see what your book has to offer. Thank you for your time.

Daron, CA

Ronald John,

My friend told me about you. I want to know more. I am without any type of support. I am very eager to learn as much as possible.

Gabriel, CA

JCPM,

I have only read the introduction to this book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am maybe one of the all time greats of a hypocrite. I’m so full of it even I want to kick myself. I have been inspired by your introduction. I prayed before I started the book and asked the Lord to give me insight to these words and "WHAM!" I got what I prayed for. My life has been ugly. When I attempt to look back on the happy times, I hit a blank. I have put in twenty years off and on and I have two strikes now and I’m tired.

Arnold, CA

Mr. John,

This is my first time in prison. It wasn’t easy to adjust, being not cool or just being a plain Jane. I’m 48. I feel in my heart to donate stamps to help others that don’t have newsletter, booklets, etc. I’ll continue to keep in touch and helping out my fellow inmates.

Lillie, TX

This next letter comes from a chaplain from a detention center:

Good Morning!

Please let me introduce myself. I am Niles and am the Chaplain at Eloy Detention Center in Eloy, Arizona. We have a population of 1,500 individuals from all over the world awaiting deportation. We are in a desperate situation, because we cannot keep Bibles on hand. They go out as fast as we receive them which we thank the Lord for that! Would you be able to help us with a donation of Bibles, especially Spanish. If you can, thank you.

Niles

Chaplain.

Folks, wouldn’t it be wonderful if those Spanish speaking deportees were able to take home with them the book, "Change Your Life Biblically"? Are there 10 people who are reading this willing to sacrifice or take out a loan to send us $5,000 each. We could get Spanish books printed. I receive so many requests from Spanish speaking inmates, but have to turn them down since we have no books in Spanish. May your hearts be touched.

Another letter that came in from another prison ministry.

Dear Brother,

I have been doing prison ministry for about eleven years. Certain subjects have been brought up out of your workbook at our classes over the last year or so that I have found extremely interesting. I would like one of your workbooks for myself. Enclosed is a donation of twenty dollars for postal & handling.

David, OR

Dear Brother Ron,

I have received your last two letters and thank you. I wrote to you in one of my letters about going to court in February. It has been postponed. I tell you Ron, I have had some unusual stuff happening in my case. I already have told you sometime back that my investigator had passed away right before I was to go to trial. This time the judge broke her back and that’s why it’s been postponed again. The funny part is that after receiving the books from you I was worried that I wouldn’t have time to read them all before my trial. But though this is a sad affair for the judge, it has worked out for me just as the death of my P.I. worked out in helping my case for trial.

Kevin, CA

Folks, God works in mysterious ways. I have and am still learning that everything works out for the good of those who love, obey and promote and support this little ministry. I have not seen so much in all my life as I have since God called me to this little ministry. It is awesome what He is doing for each one who is fully committed to the teachings of this little ministry.

Dear Brother Ron,

I am writing because I just received my January newsletter from you. Wow! I have not even finished reading all the letters people sent in but was impressed by Joe’s letter in your newsletter. He really broke it down in simple terms for all to understand. We must do more than pray the "sinner’s prayer". His entire letter ministered to me and I wanted to thank him and you for being the link in our Lord’s truth. Thank you Ron for obeying our Lord and being our friend. Always answering our questions with Biblical back up, not human knowledge or opinion. With His Spirit guiding me and your book breaking it down in layman’s terms, I am growing stronger and bolder in truth so as not to succumb to confusion and fear and discouragement which had happened before in my first months of surrendering to Jesus. I am now standing on firm foundation, Ron. It is so essential for us to read the entire Word, Old & New Testaments to know the total truths and not be swayed or misled even by one little verse which can throw a beginner off so easily. I pray the Lord opens all eyes, hearts, and minds to Himself. I confess I am still peeling layers of B.S. off with God’s and your help. Ron, I appreciate you letting me share my thoughts with you. I pray many more will humble themselves to accept the truth and what comes with it. I also hope many can help out the ministry by tithing and giving their offerings to your new edition. I am enclosing 6 stamps as an offering of thanksgiving to our Lord.

Diana, CA

Dear Brother Ron,

I have great news. All of a sudden God has increased our little Sabbath group from 4 to 8 or 9 and even more. I was a bit cowardice at first to speak to a bigger crowd, but I seem to have been filled with the Holy Spirit as I kept speaking and surprised even myself. And I have to say, I felt so much joy in sharing the Word of God with new believers; new Sabbath keeping believers. Now this, you will be getting more requests for your books. I should be level two very soon, but I am going to try to stay here for a few more years. I can’t leave now when the truth is spreading like wild fire here. I think God wants me to stay here for more years anyway. I think He has some work He wants me to finish here before I can go somewhere else.

Timmy, CA

Dear Ron,

I got your book last year. Enclosed is a check from my inmate account for $250. I would like you to send books to the following 13 people. I would like you to insert this in each one you send:

"This book has helped me. I hope it helps you all in your struggles for life. My prayer for each one of you is to see you in heaven with me. Read this book and then write me and tell me what you think. I read it. I hope it will open your eyes on the some subjects."

Mike, FL

To Whom it may concern,

My name is Donte. I’m a new found Christian. I have been incarcerated for 37 months and as of now I don’t have a release date for once I finish here in state prison I will be turned over to Federal custody. Over the course of my incarceration I was cellies with a guy named Jason. He gave me this address to write to if I ever was interested in learning about Christ. Well, after all my struggles with faith and religion I feel I’m more than ready. Jason showed me a book called, "Change Your Life Biblically". I’m very interested if it’s possible someone could send it to me.

Donte, CA

Brother Ronald,

I very much like to receive your study book. I had a chance to read through one, but I never got the chance to really study it. I read God’s Word every day and apply it too my life. I am single father and want to change my life to be a better person and a father to my children. I will pass out your pamphlets but I pretty much stay to myself; out of the mix of things because my future and my children are the most important thing I have in my life. So if you could please send me one of your study books, I will do my best to study it. I am now 43 years old. I want to be a man and a father.

Kelly, CA

Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,

A friend of mine has been sharing your "Change Your Life Biblically". I have found it fascinating. Could you please send me a copy? I have been corresponding with a sister in Christ and sharing Bible verses as we grow in the Word of God. I know she could get some good use out of such a fascinating book. Could you please send her your "Change Your Life Biblically"?

Dave, CA

Dear Dad,

I’m still struggling, but I’m doing much butter than before. I miss you and love you very much. Last night I had a discussion with a few of the guys here and it’s amazing how much nonsense they believe rather than what the Bible says. It finally got to the point where I said, "here you are giving me ‘what ifs’, doubts and what you’ve seen as well as what you’ve learned somewhere else. I’m giving you a ‘thus saith the Lord’". All in all it was a good discussion and it didn’t get out of hand. I said what I said in love and they know that. One of them went on to ask me, "where do I start?" I told him by prayer and studying. I think he truly wants to change. Just doesn’t know how. The churches of today has got these poor people so confused and stuck on step 1 "faith" that they can’t fathom or comprehend anything beyond just believing and "name the Name". Then they wonder why their lives are so out of control and full of trouble. I thank God from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to meet you and accept the truth. I’m glad that instead of believing a lie, I was disobedient. I know that’s worse, but I thank God for the truth and I cherish that very much. Like I’ve said a million times and mean now more then ever, I will never leave the ministry again. I’m very grateful that you’ve stayed around this long and haven’t given up. Lord knows you’ve probably wanted to. I’m glad you haven’t buried me somewhere on the property yet. If it weren’t for you, I’d be totally lost right now. What I’m trying to say is, thank you very much. I will never ever give up again and walk away from the ministry.

Son Jeff, MO

(Jeff was a kid who has spent his entire life in the state system. He contacted me when he was in Youth Authority. When he paroled at the age of 18 he had no place to live and asked if he could come here. I envited him to be my son and make the ministry his life. It hasn’t been easy for him. But I pray that he will finally surrender his life to the work here at the ministry that God has called him to.)

To Whom this may Concern,

I would like to receive your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I have no money or stamps for I am an indigent inmate. But the Lord told me to go ahead and fill out the small application and said to send it in with this short letter. I honestly do hope that you send me a copy of the book. Because I am a baby in Christ and need to be fed.

Israel, CA

Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,

After spending hours with your web site studies, it has been refreshing because it’s a message I’ve tried to express from the perspective of a criminal spared of prison after confession. When I hear the message saving the sinner without repentance, it makes me so angry I could scream. Part of my sentence was to obey the court order or else off to prison. Repentance is part of the process, then obedience or probation. Well, I haven’t figured it all out but I’ve been struggling for a long time. By the grace of God some day I hope to understand the reason to hope for eternal life. Maybe it’s because I was baptized into doctrine instead of the belief that God loves me. Please accept the enclosed $200 for your ministry and $50 for additional materials. I’m hopeful to receive the offer of your DVD, book and CD. I’m hopeful to send you more funds.

Fred, MT (non-inmate)

To Whom It May Concern,

I have recently seen a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". I’m interested in receiving a copy of it, if possible.

Linda, TX

Dear Brother,

I got your address off of a calendar and I was wondering if you could possible send me some Christian literature? Anything that you could send me would be greatly appreciated.

Roger, CA

To Whom It May Concern,

I heard about you guys from a couple of friends. One of them just had a little time to talk about you. The other one just got some books from you. I was wondering if I could get spiritual stuff to help out 23 hours of lock down. The book was "Change Your Life Biblically". I’m real into seeking my purpose for God’s will and I think some books will help me.

Demetrick, UT

JCPM,

My name is Shaun. A friend told me that your book, "Change Your Life Biblically" was the best book he ever owned or learned Christianity from. I am an indigent with no outside support and would like to receive your book. I am also supposed to thank you for the book you sent to my friend Dave. He has since had two people donate to your ministry and I will also when I am able.

Shaun, UT

Dear JCPM,

I have browsed over "Change Your Life Biblically" and find it soothing to my soul. Thank you for letting me have my own book for free. I’m sending another flyer along with mine for my sister who is also doing time in state jail. This book, Bible study, is a great inspiration and I appreciate you and your ministry.

Felicia, TX

My Dear Brother,

I am truly blessed to have come across you and your beautiful (true) ministry. Brother, you are truly something special. I’ve been reading and studying for at least the last 18 or 19 years and you can believe that I’ve studied most if not all of these prison (so called) ministries. You are 100% right. They are not on point with what Christ’s teachings are. The thing of it for me was that I couldn’t put it into the proper words. I sure can now. As I was reading and studying your book, "Change Your Life Biblically" my whole heart, mind and body and soul was jumping with joy. I love my brother. I love you just because you took the time and effort to teach the three teachings of Christ. You have enabled me and men like me to put into proper words that which my (our) minds, hearts and souls knew to be true.

La Masio, TX

Dear Mr. John,

I am writing to you in regards to your "free Bible to inmate" program. I was blessed by a fellow inmate and given the information to receive the "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. I have been reading and studying the Word on and off for years. But now I have a real fire burning for the Lord’s Word. I have no body out there that will look out for me but I do have three envelopes. One to mail this to you and two for you in hope of receiving the workbook.

William, CA

The following came from the mother of an inmate:

I’m enclosing $10 to help someone who has no money to get your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". God bless you for helping those who have been living in darkness to see the light.

Frances, KS

Ronald John,

I got your letter, flyers and books. Thank you and I pray that our Lord has blessed you and JCPM for doing His work. I will keep this one. It has truly opened my eyes. I’m glad the stamps helped. I’ll send what I can to help Ron. I feel that God put that book in my hands. It’s helped me turn to Him, give my life to Him. So whatever ‘little I can give to help your ministry is the least I can do. I’m learning so much from the Lord through your study of the Bible. I humble myself to God every day and thank Him for every blessing. It’s the first time I ever turned to Him in like 15 years. My heart was closed, it was far from Him. Now I have hope in the Lord: set free. I work out my salvation every day. All the glory is His. There is no turning back now, ever. No more drugs, wine, violence and gangs. I’m making myself available to the Lord to serve Him. I wanted to write quick to say "God bless & thanks".

Richard, CA

Dear Brother Ron,

I want to thank you always for your book and truth you opened my eyes too. I even recently seen (so-to-speak) how a Catholic is so blind. But I praise God Almighty He is allowing me to witness. I can only hope and pray to tell this guy the truth. He has begun to see more and more how the Catholics are. It is sad to see how much has been held back. He too sees now. I can only keep on watering; God gives the increase. Brother Ron, I am also writing for my 6 month check in to the pen-pal service. I have never received no response yet. Only God knows, right? Brother Ron, may I please ask a favor if possible? You know that on the front of the monthly bulletin you send to us? The picture of the dog who is looking through prison bars and beside him is the sink and bed? And has the words, "As you have done to the least of these you have done it to Me". Well, I always cut these out and when I mail a letter I put it inside. Is there any way possible to get a page or two of these so I can always put them in my letters? I would love it. I always also cut out the scroll that says, "Wanted - Friends of Jesus" and send out. They are neat.

Warren, TX

Folks, as you can see, there is lots of work to be done. Thank you for your continued love and support of this little ministry.

Love in Christ,

Ron

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26
