"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?... there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent." PRAISE THE LORD

Prison Mission Report!

Dear Brothers and Sister in Christ,

Again, this ministry thanks you for your continued support. Juan is our new Ranch Manager. He is also our translator and will be translating all of our material into Spanish.

We pray that God will find one more young man to come in order to give his heart totally to the Lord’s work. We need someone willing to learn to work in our Media Department, putting together our newsletters, web pages and DVDs etc. There is so much to do for the Lord and Juan and I are swamped with the work.

God bless each of you for your commitment in keeping this little ministry functioning.

Dear Brother Ron,

I was happy to get your letter. It always puts a smile on my face. Thank you for never giving up on me all these years. You have been a true brother in Christ. God bless you for what you do. Well, I am still reading the book slowly. I’m taking my time so I can get everything out of it and learn how to apply God’s Word into my life. For now on I’m going to start reporting my daily activities. Then next time I get a letter from you, I’ll send them. I believe this will help me in my life. Ron, I haven’t been able to find anyone that wants to have Bible study. There is a lot of Catholics here. They have a full time priest that works here. We have no chaplain. Yes, it is very sad. But all I can do is pray that the Lord sends His sheep. I have bene sharing the book with people I come in contact with. I even sent a few of the pamphlets to people on the outside. Hope they write you and ask for their own copy of the book, "Change Your Life Biblically". Right now I’m reading Volume 2 and the study called, "France: Figuratively called Sodom and Egypt." I have cried and jumped for joy when I read the book. It’s very powerful my brother. Well, I got to find out how I can send you my tithes and offerings. Be patient with me and I will get it to you. This place is very hard on us inmates. Ron, I put about 10 pamphlets on the rack at the chapel. The chapel coordinator threw them away. Every time I take them up there for the inmates either the priest or the coordinator gets rid of them.

Edward, MT

Dear JCPM,

Can you please send me a copy of your "Change Your Life Biblically"? I would appreciate it very much.

Kevin, FL

To Whom It May Concern,

I received your letter. I am truly sorry but I am totally indigent. I was really looking forward to receiving a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". I would like to learn a better way of life. An inmate whom has gone home gave me the order form I sent you. He highly recommended and showed me this book. I did get a chance to skim through it a bit, but he left for home. Like I said, I am very interested in having one of my own. So if you could somehow send me a copy, I sure would appreciate it. Please help get me one.

Monte, CA

Dear RJ,

Hello Brother of mine. Great to hear from you as usual. I see you now have a pet swan. (I will have to get him a pair of glasses. It is a duck.) Quite a beautiful animal. Hopefully the digs leave it be, right? Well, I noticed that you printed a portion of my letter to you in the newsletter. I hope it helps another soul to persevere. You mentioned that I should feel free to murmur and complain all I want. Thank you Ron. I know your loving concern for me. It is just plain unhealthy to live in bitterness though when we have the joy of the Lord. For me, it is a multitude of emotional distress at my divorce, the death of several family members and the ever present trauma that is. A young man was beaten to death here at my dorm last week which increases the pressures of what should not be so intense on a minimum security yard. I hear tell it was over his bed that they "jumped" the poor kid. I hope he knew Jesus is all I can say about it. It is absolutely despicable that they house white collar violators of the law with such brutality as gangs and supremacists. I see that the funds are withering away in the account. Would that I could help out. But I am indigent in comparison to the need. Had I known you when I was free, maybe I would not be here today. Certainly I would have built your halfway house you need. I long for a country called, "Heaven". All else I count dung.

Travis, CA

To Whom it may concern,

I would like to obtain your book. I heard about it from a Christian brother. Here is a book of stamps to cover the shipping.

Simon, CA

Dear Sir,

In your letter you said 10 stamps or stamped envelopes would get your "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. Enclosed you will find 6 first class stamps plus 4 envelopes with first class postage on them. Sorry for the delay of the response. But it has taken some time to get this together. I am excited about reading it and doing the lessons with it.

Steve, OH

Dear Sirs,

I have heard a lot about your ministry. Please send "Change Your Life Biblically". Everyone tells me that it is a great book. I am doing a year in Texas on a drug related charge. Ever since I started doing drugs my life has turned upside down. I enjoy reading Christian books and people say that yours is the best.

Gary, TX

Brother Ron,

I asked about Galatians to hear your input. I did the study and I’ve read it. It helped me a lot. It is just confusing because several brothers say that "Colossians 2:16,17" like say they teach in the churches of today. The whole thing has to do with sabbaths. I understand the 10 Commandments were not done away with. The written code was. Many brothers say pick a day? They said the Apostle’s changed it? Not the pope. I stand on the teachings of Christ. That’s all I was asking. I pray you help more lives through your ministry and study. I pray for all that are touched by the study.

Richard, CA

Dear Brother John,

Thank you for the certificate. Again, I really enjoyed the Bible study. I continue to read and share this book. I have passed out a lot of the applications. Thank you very much for everything. I really like the bookmarks. Thanks again. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Paul, CA

Prison Ministry,

I am interested in receiving a study guide. I am interested in changing my life and opening my eyes to some thing new. I got your address from a friend who received a study guide. I am only 24 years old so I know that I still have time to change my life.

Kareem, CA

JCPM,

Keep working for the Lord by the grace He gives. Do not give the enemy an inch. Gain back lost ground. You are in our prayers.

Mike & Jean, WA (Donors)

Thank you donors for all your love and support of this ministry. Without your help we would not be able to continue.

Dear Brother Ronald,

Thank you so much for responding to my letter and request to receive one of your bookmarks. I am looking forward to getting started with the book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am enclosing a check for $5.00 to help cover the cost. I will send an additional $5 when funds become available. My desire is to follow the instructions of the Apostle Paul: "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth." I also want to thank you for sending additional brochures. I have given them to other Christian brothers who desire to grow in their walk with Christ. I look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Charles, PA

Dear Sir:

I recently received a copy of your brochure from another inmate and I would like to receive a copy of, and complete, your workbook, "Change Your Life Biblically". Thank you so very much for having an interest in us, the "disposable" people of America.

Paul, CA

Dear Brother Ron,

Forgive me for not writing when I received the big book your ministry sent me, even though I didn’t have the funds to donate for it. But please allow me to thank you now because I really appreciate this book and how it makes you search more diligently in God’s Word. I also received the newsletter and I’m very impressed with all the testimonies and life changing experiences people the world over are having reading "Change Your Life Biblically".

Darren, TX

Dear JCPM,

I am attending a Bible study and also a Jewish study group. But I am still struggling to find my faith. I’m very interested in receiving the "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook and also your newsletter. From what I’ve read and herd, your ministry is being directed by the Lord to change men’s lives and I pray it can help me too.

David, FL

Brother Ronald John,

Sorry it took so long to write back. Thanks for the Bible dictionary, but they wouldn’t let it through. Probably would of had better luck if this was a medium or minimum facility. This is a maximum security. It’s a lock down which makes it even harder to witness. Other than that, not much going on. The other Anthony and I have sent most of the fliers to anyone on this wing who is interested. Yeah, it’s getting cold up here too. Snowed a little last week. The solitude doesn’t bother me. I finally can heed to my Saviors voice. Many apostles had times like this. John was exiled, Paul was alone in prisons ten times worse then this one. So I just pray that God continues to train me for service. I just started a course in theology. So I’m staying busy. I came to the part on the Sabbath and I don’t agree with them. If Jesus wanted the Sabbath changed He would of told us. Just because He was resurrected on the first day doesn’t mean the Sabbath changed. I really studied that issue and I’m convinced that I should obey God and not man. When I read and studied my Bible I understood it like never before. I finally see the Word inside the Word. I want to encourage you to press on toward the mark and fight the good fight. Jesus Christ Prison Ministry is truly blessed.

Anthony, NV

JCPM,

I’m writing in response of your letter. I would really appreciate the workbook. If you can send it to me it will be put to good use. Just like Richard that wrote on your note, I’m also an ex-skin-head. I was hateful for 12 years. So now I’m doing time and am in need and help to keep on the right. Since I’m a drop out skinhead, I’m P.C. It’s hard because I just keep to myself. So, if at all possible you could send me the workbook, it would be greatly appreciated.

Willy, CA

Ronald John,

I don’t know a lot about your ministry but I know enough to commend you for taking time out to make a stand amongst the Lord’s captives. So many people get out of prison and forget the burdens they once shared with others who were locked up. I’m choosing to use this time wisely in growing closer to God. This is my first time in jail and although I knew of God, I didn’t develope a relationship till coming in here.

Shay, CA

Dear Brother Ron,

I received your letter today and was very happy to hear from you. Your letter cheered me up a lot. I know you probably communicate with 100s of inmates and I don’t know if you personally write your letters or if you have a staff of persons helping you. (I do it all myself.) Please find enclosed with this letter 40 more stamps. I truly believe in your ministry and want to help spread His wonderful Word. I never really had a relationship with God. I worked 16 hour days most of the time. I went to church and tithed, but I never really had time for God. I was overweight and diabetic and had very little self-esteem. Boy, has everything changed since coming to prison. I was truly blind but now I see. How foolish I was. I started a walking/jogging program here and I have lost 60 lbs and 8" off my waist. My diabetes is totally under control to the point where the doctor here took me totally off insulin injections and my sugar levels have remained normal. I have never been healthier. However, there is something you need to know, and you may be a little shocked when you read this. I was born a male. I was not a gay man but all my life I knew that something was wrong. I always felt that I was trapped in the wrong body. I knew I was a female trapped in the wrong body. My father died when I was only 2 so I never knew a father. I lived with nuns for about a year in a Catholic convent when I was around 5 years old. The nuns beat me very bad. I grew up afraid of God. I went to Thailand and had the surgery. Everything went fine and I am very happy. I have no regrets. I have asked God many times to forgive me if I did something wrong. I believe with all my heart He has forgiven me. I am the only transgender person that has ever been here at the women’s camp. I get along wonderfully with everyone here and am very well liked. I have been so blessed by God and I share those blessings with everyone I can. Ron, your book is wonderful. The more I read it the more I love it. Keep up the good work and I will help as much as I can. I truly believe in what you are doing.

Robin, CA

Dear Ronald John,

I have since first contact started changing my ways. I’m taking a good hard look at how life is not what my misconceptions of it is. Your workbook is a Heaven sent to anyone who might have some questions about their faith. The book is magnetic and magnificent. If Satan had his way I would never have opened it because this book holds the answers and facts needed to obtain belief and transform our lives into a God lived life.

Wesley, CA

Dear Ronald John,

I did receive your letter a couple of weeks ago when I was at another prison. Now I am no longer there and I am now settled in and OK. I am totally indigent and without any help or support from anybody at all. Not even from my family or friends and they don’t even send me anything or even write to me at all. I even have to trade off my meals to get things I need like cosmetics and writing materials. Do you know anybody that will want a pen-pal and also to take the time to write?

Justin, CA

(Folks, we have a list of pen-pals on our web site who would love to hear from you. If you have no access to the web and would like the list, just ask and I will send you the list. It is updated about once a month.)

Hey Ronald,

I want to thank you for taking the time in grading my answer sheet. I also like the personal bookmarkers with my name on it. The study book has really opened my eyes to things that I never knew. I even have my parents checking out your courses on the internet. I was able to come across eight stamps and they should be enclosed in this letter. When I come across some more, I will do what I can to help since there are limited funds.

Mark, CA

Dear Ronald John,

Please excuse my late response. I’ve allowed time to pass me by. I’m honestly humbled by your sacrifice in life to go about life as you do to reach the incarcerated. There are many a reasons why your book is so powerful to me. It’s helped me open my mind far wider than I expected. If I’ve ever recommended a book to enlighten a seeker of Bible truth, this tops them all. It touches on the whole Christ-like expectations. You’ve sharpened me up to be a bit more bold to share Bible truth. I’m labeled as a "Sabbath keeper" and therefore for a while now when it comes to opening the Bible with some one many stiffen up and harden themselves against what I want to share. Yet you’ve helped me to see the urgency of how close Jesus is on His way. So I must share whether people call curses on me or run. I want to share something with you. This week I found out that the D.A. might not seek "capitol Death" on me. My attorney told me that that’s the word. Next week I’m sending a book of stamps. I’d like to do more but that’s what I could do for now.

Frankie, CA

Brother,

I just received your workbook and I thank you. The story of getting out, starting a business, and being about the Fathers business is inspirational. I too want to do the same. Jesus has touched me and is changing and building me daily. I look forward to this Bible study that God may bless me to grow in His Word to Rightly divide the Word of Truth.

Narciso, CA

Dear Brother Ronald John,

I had sent a request for the book, "Change Your Life Biblically". Well, to tell you the truth, yes, I am indigent. But before I was going to send the letter off to let you know this, a friend of mine stopped by and asked me if I wanted to have any of the books he was getting rid of. I seen that white book called, "Change Your Life Biblically". So I picked it out. What a blessing. I am now studying it and working on the back work sheets. I also read what you had written in that book. I think your book is cool and it has a lot of info.

Javier, TX

To Whom it may Concern,

Me and my cellie have been made aware of your organization by fellow inmates. Neither myself or my cellie have no money. We are looking for comprehensive study courses. Thank you for your time in this matter. We both have a few years left.

Marc & Darren, CA

Dear Brother Ronald,

Hi, I recently received a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". First, I want to ‘Thank you’ from the bottom of my heart for publishing this amazing book. I’m a slow reader but what little I have read has started to change me in a way that I have started a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. I was blind and now I can see. Brother Ronald, I know you make copies of this book in Spanish and I want to know if I send you $5 dollars worth of stamps, will you send a copy to my girlfriend. She is Mexican and doesn’t read English. Later on I want to get one in Spanish for myself so we can both read it when I get out of prison. I also plan on learning as much as I can about God’s Bible Gospel and teach it to the Mexican community in my home town as well as in prison.

Jesus, CA

(Folks, we have no Spanish books. We have no funds to get them printed. Who will step up to the plate and put his treasure in Heaven by providing us the $35,000 need to get them printed?)

Ron,

Since being locked up, the Lord’s blessings have become very apparent, especially since keeping the Seventh-day Sabbath and continually praying and meditating on Him. One thing that is very obvious, the more time we spend with Him (reading His Word, praying, meditating) the closer we get to the Lord. It’s kind of like building a relationship with a person. The more you care about that person, the more time you will spend with them. One thing I know is that out in the world I would have been to busy to spend time with the Lord. This stint in prison has gotten me to get my priorities straightened out and got me to form better habits. It’s too bad it took a situation like this to get me to realize this. I’ve come to acknowledge the fact that one of Satan’s best tactics is to keep us to busy (or think we’re too busy anyhow) to spend time with the Lord and seek His truth. We should all realize that there is nothing more important than seeking the truth of the Lord. If we make time for Him, He will make time for us.

Peter, IL

JCPM,

This book is something I will keep with me and show to others. It was a big help. Thank you for writing. I know you where led by God to write this. I feel it. Thank you again. I have a few of my fellow inmates who will be writing you soon for their copy.

Jose, TX

Brother Ronald,

Thank you for what you are doing for all inmates. We really appreciate it. I am ready now to start writing to you often. I am also working as a missionary for this ministry. I now know that it is powerful to help people grow in the truth and knowledge of Christ. I’ll be praying for you and the ministry about the $50,000 for English books and the $30,000 for Spanish. When I get out in a few months, I will work hard and tell people about it. I am willing to send you $ to bless others with the books.

Juber, CA

To Whom it may concern,

I heard of your ministry through a fellow inmate. I am very interested in starting the "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. I struggle daily to walk right with the Lord. I need all the help and studies I can get. Here is the 10 stamps required to obtain your workbook.

Veronica, CA

Hello Ron,

Thank you for writing me. No sooner do I get your letter than I get a book from another ministry detailing their beliefs. I’m pretty new at this but I knew the feast days were done away with and the Law of God remains but the ceremonial laws were done away with. My good friend I study with in here is Muslim and I feel confident talking to and studying with anyone cause I don’t waiver from obeying the Ten Commandments. Any teaching that don’t agree to all Ten I don’t buy into or waste time talking about. To me it’s simple, He wrote with His own finger "never" to be changed. I told my friend in here to send his 10 stamps to you so he will next week. My other friend just caught the chain and will get at you when he gets to reception. I myself expect to get out soon and I will help find some donors and get some real $ your way if possible.

Danny, CA

Dear Brother Ronald,

Forgive me for my late reply, but unlike all the other lame excuses, I have a pretty good one. I know you probably don’t mind my late reply but I feel like I have to explain because I always think about this ministry and tell many about it and pray for this ministry all the time. As you know I stay busy reading, studying His Word and trying to share the Word with as many people as possible. Well, recently I took your advice and now I’m leading a Bible study group everyday. It was a group that already existed but once the drug dealer, smoker, gangster, foulmouthed, Bible study leader left, I slid right in and started teaching them. Oh, its been such a great joy and experience for me. I did have some struggle when I taught on the Sabbath and the three angel’s messages. But they are still sticking with me and have been showing up faithfully every night. Now that God has put me in the place of responsibility, I am spending more time praying, preparing, studying and examining myself. So, that is why it has taken me some time to write back. Keep praying for me as I need all the prayers I can get.

Timmy, CA

PRAYER REQUESTS:

Dear Brother Ron,

I was laid off my job. Please say a prayer for me for new employment soon. Please pray for my son’s release in the last part of the month.

Patricia, WA (She then sent $500 to support the ministry)

Dear Friends,

Please pray for me. I am fighting a second battle with cancer.

Gloria, AZ (Donor)

Dear Brother Ronald,

Please pray for my parents. They are living in a car with my 6 year old brother and 14 year old sister. My dad’s a truck driver. They are going through what seems like hell. I ask you for a prayer.

Ruben, CA (inmate)

Folks, God loves and blesses those who support this ministry wholeheartedly. Over and over again I have seen the evidence of people up against a wall, but because they love and support this ministry with all their tithes and offerings, I have seen miracles happen in their lives. Thank you folks for being God’s blessings to this little ministry so we can help God’s children behind bars. As the Bible says, Those who help the poor lend to the Lord.

Love to all of you,

Ron & Juan at the Ranch
