Then the righteous will answer him, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and cloth you? when did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?" The King will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine you did for me." Matthew 25:37-40
PRAISE THE LORD
Dear Brothers and Sister in Christ,
"Everywhere there is a tendency to substitute the work of organizations for individual effort. Human wisdom tends to consolidation, to centralization, to the building up of great churches and institutions. Multitudes leave to institutions and organizations the work of benevolence; they excuse themselves from contact with the world, and their hearts grow cold. They become self-absorbed and unimpressible. Love for God and man dies out of the soul.
"Christ commits to His followers an individual work--a work that cannot be done by proxy. Ministry to the sick and the poor, the giving of the gospel to the lost, is not to be left to committees or organized charities. Individual responsibility, individual effort, personal sacrifice, is the requirement of the gospel.
"‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in,’ is Christ’s command, ‘that My house may be filled.’ He brings men into touch with those whom they seek to benefit. ‘Bring the poor that are cast out to thy house,’ He says. ‘When thou seest the naked, that thou cover him.’ ‘They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.’ Luke 14:23; Isaiah 58:7; Mark 16:18. Through direct contact, through personal ministry, the blessings of the gospel are to be communicated." {MH 147}
Dear Brother Ron,
Thank the Lord for I received your letter. What a joy to have "ekklesia" (church fellowship) with such a caring friend. I surely hope you want people liking you for preaching them truth. I’m glad to see so many smiley faces in your letter. They make my face become all smiles. I appreciate you being a good soldier to a fallen comrade. This place can feel desolate at times. Yet I rejoice because the Lord loves those who trust and follow Him. I want to grow closer to my Father. I would like to enjoy some of those heavenly visitations. I started going through my correspondence box to lighten the load, so to speak. I started going through the letters you have written me over the past year and a half. Guess what? I couldn’t throw too many away because they were all so uplifting and good to still read and enjoy. They still strengthen me even after a year or so. So I thought I would let you know many of your letters I still keep. I can see now that every denomination is rejecting our message. Or should I say, Jesus’ message. I see more and more it is not about what you believe, but who you are on the inside. Are you full of love and care or lies and hate. This is what keeps us from heaven. I will surely keep praying to ask God to continue keeping the world "glued" together so the work of salvation can continue.

To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing this letter to learn about your programs you offer. I would like to receive your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I’ve been a changed white man for 3 1/2 years. I write everybody I come across because the more I learn the better. The more I study the better I become. Can you please put me on your mailing list for your newsletter.
Steven, MI
Brother Ron,
I’m really looking forward to getting the workbook. Always willing to learn more about the word of our sweet loving Lord.
Victor, CA
Greetings Brother Ron,
How is everything going? I’ve had an opportunity to talk to quite a few inmates here and get them quite interested in the word and your book, "CYLB". Basically I’ve asked them to simply show me where in the Bible their belief is shown. They weren’t able to do so. They now want to receive your book. Times are tough for these guys as well. They are indigent as well. I have a further list of guys who would like to receive CYLB from you. I ran out of forms for these guys. I am hoping that those forms and pamphlets I handed out to the others have been coming in. (He sent me 12 names.)
TJ, AZ
JCPM,
I just filled out the form for the free book called, "Change Your Life Biblically". I would just like to say thank you. I’m trying to learn to surrender myself to the Lord. I was told this book is very helpful. I have a hard time understanding what I read in my bible so if you have any other material to help, I would really appreciate it.
Randy, CA
To Whom It May Concern,
I read about your ad in the paper and I wanted to know what all you guys offer. I’m a new person in Christ and I wanted to know if you have any Bible study courses. I am allowing Christ into my life and would like to know more about Him.
Gerald, CA
Dear Ronald John,
I just finished re-reading volume one but before I go into that, I want to first thank you for letting me continue even though I received the book from someone else instead of you. The thing is, here was this great book just sitting there collecting dust and once I read it I knew I had to not only have the book but do the study test as well. It has opened my eyes to so much that I didn’t know and corrected some of the things that I thought I knew. Especially the Sabbath. Wow, I thought Sunday was God’s holy day and not Saturday. So I went through life treating Sunday as if it were the Sabbath. But like the book says, knowledge is the key to everything. Now I obey God’s Commandments and keep Saturday holy. I try and show others the error of their ways as well. I also learned that God in the Old Testament is the same God in the New Testament and that there is but one truth. And it is that truth that sets us free. Most of us have been bound by the lies taught by the churches of today. And like Adam and Eve, we believed those lies even today. So we disobey God and think we will live -- wrong! We must obey God’s Commandments or we will surely die. And the thing about knowing the truth is that we must also put that truth into action. Which means that the first five steps (the eight steps to Christian Perfection) are all about cleaning up God’s temples, our bodies, so we can then receive the Holy Spirit. I also learned that Jesus tells us to be perfect, stop sinning and go and sin no more. Which tells me that He expects us to be perfect and walk as He did. Churches today teach that we should never think we can be perfect and walk like Jesus. I now can see all the false prophets and their false teachings. I follow the truth now. I no longer think that I can have eternal life by simply asking God to forgive me and confessing my sins. I need to walk in Jesus’ perfection now and hold to the teachings of Jesus. So now I obey all of His Commandments, including keeping the Sabbath (Saturday) holy. I try to be perfect as my heavenly Father everyday and have stopped sinning for I now understand that I will be judged on my deeds, not my words. I also continue to read your book and the Bible every day so that I can learn the truth and put that truth into action. For everything is possible through Jesus. Now I have the knowledge to know the difference between the true teachings of Jesus and the false teachings that I followed and believed in for so many years. In the past I simply believed whatever I was told by the church. Believing that they were teaching the truth. But no more. Now I know better. I am changing my life. I am applying the teachings of Jesus Christ, the true teachings, to my life and my everyday walk. This book has opened my eyes to so much, I had no idea that I was being mislead by the false prophets. Wow, thank you and I pray you will have more topics and study courses available. I have a better understanding of the Bible when I read it now. The truth has opened my eyes. God bless you brother.

Dear Brother Ronald John,
I just received your letter. I thought you forgot about me. I couldn’t write because I had no writing materials at the time. Brother Ronald, I still haven’t received "Change Your Life Biblically". I was looking forward to getting one. So many people like it in your newsletter that I can’t wait to learn its teachings. I have just been moved to a new block. My life has changed in so many ways. I thought it could never happen. But now I’m in the light: obedient to God’s 10 Commandments. I whole heatedly believe that the whole Bible is meant for our salvation. God bless you Ron and JCPM.
Louie, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
Well, I’ve learned that we are still under the 10 Commandments. Ever since I’ve been a Christian I was lead to believe that we no longer have to observe the 4th Commandment. We were saved by grace eternally. Jesus came to do away with the Commandments. Boy or boy, was I ever wrong. Your book opened my eyes. Now I observe all the Commandments. I even changed to what I do on Saturday. Starting at sun down on Friday, I no longer watch TV or listen to radio. All I do is serve others and read and study the Bible and worship until Saturday at sun down. I have a little ministry working with the orientation here in my building. I am the porter/clerk. I get to share the gospel to all who come in on orientation. Not to say that I’ve not been turned down, because I’ve been persecuted even more so since I started really obeying His teachings. You even have said in your book we would be persecuted. But I still continue on in showing Jesus’ truth. Now I even have a new tool to use and that is passing out your fliers. It opens up the door for me to share in the true gospel. It works so good. I never really shared the gospel before I read your book. But I did every so often. Now it pretty much is a daily thing. I used to go out on Saturdays and run and workout. That was my day. On Sundays I would go to church. Not anymore. Saturdays I go out and fellowship and study with others Sabbath keeping Christians. We study for 2 hours then we walk the yard spreading the gospel, the true teachings of Jesus to all who will listen. We have been called all kinds of names, but we just continue on our mission. Your book has given me the boldness and meekness to go out and share the true teachings of Jesus: be perfect, stop sinning and obey the 10 Commandments. I pray with a lot of different men here and in my prayer time every morning starting at 3:45 am. I pray even at their cell doors and on the yard or wherever the door is open for me to pray with them. I’m still learning to have perseverance. I still have a ways to go, but I’m working on a lot of issues that I have and with what I’m learning it gets easier. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God you will receive what He has promised. I am doing my best to show Jesus that I am an approved workman. My life has changed 360*. My family has seen a huge change in me. When I write I talk about how much I love God. I am trying very hard to convert my son and his wife. I keep planting seeds. I won’t stop planting seeds until I get to sit down with my son and have a Bible study with them. Well, I want to thank you brother Ron for opening up my eyes and for giving me the tools to be an approved workman for Jesus. My life has really changed for the true gospel.
Richard, CA
Dear Ron,
I would like to receive your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am a new Christian and am looking to become more closer to the Lord. I would also like more information on how I can become involved in your ministry once I’m out. I have about a year left and would like to serve the Lord in anyway possible. Thank you for all you are doing. My cellie receives your monthly news letter and I was wondering if I can receive these as well.
Kevin, CA
To Whom It May Concern,
I am in inmate. I tried to get a free Bible study course through another church. However they are not accepting new students. They enclosed a list of different companies offering free Bible studies. I would really appreciate it if I could be enrolled for a Bible study course. I hope that you are accepting new enrollments.
Steve, KY
JCPM,
I recently sent you a request for Bible study workbook. You sent me a thank you letter. Well, I’ve been looking for people to order your workbook because I am indigent. Can you please send me this workbook? I have been looking forward to starting this study but have become discouraged because I’ve been unable to find anyone else who wants to participate. This would be a great blessing.
Jason, TX
Brother Ron,
Sorry it’s been so long, but I wanted to check in with you. I’ve been moving around, going through lock downs and different stuff. I am happy to say that thanks to you potential pen-pals have wrote me. I wrote them back and we will see if they write back or not. I am going to start a new study of the "Change Your Life Biblically" again next week; front to back to freshen up. Sometimes spreading the truth is hard. It seems no one wishes to hear it.
Jonathan, TX
Dear JCPM,
I’m requesting, if you will, please send me a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". I really would be grateful. The more I learn about Jesus the less I know about life, it seems. Thank you,
Paul, CA
JCPM,
First & foremost I’d like to say thank you for sending me your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I received it about a month and a half ago and I haven’t been able to put it down. I’ve read it once and I’m going on my second time. Reading the book has enlightened me as well as put things for me in a way that I’m able to understand. See, I grew up in a Catholic Church since I was a child. At one point I was an altar boy. But as I got older I removed myself from the Catholic Church. Why? I’m not sure, but a lot of things didn’t seem right to me about how they went about things. Now that I have read your book, I see that I wasn’t the only one who saw things for what they are. As a child I understood that the Sabbath was the 7th day, but didn’t know the significance of it and how it’s the Holy day. Now I know and will practice it and keep it holy. Being that you have blessed me and sent me this wonderful book, I would like to share this with my significant other. My girlfriend who at the moment finds herself in custody, which we look at as truly a blessing, for the Lord saved her from her own destruction. So I request that maybe you could bless her with a book of her own. Maybe you could say a prayer for both of us. We both have less than 4 months left and we both want to continue to walk our life with our Heavenly Father upon our release. I know that this is the easy part for we are away from all temptations and the test will come to be when we go home. I have faith that the Lord will be at our side and in our hearts to guide us throughout our journey. I want the best for my family. I’ve tried to do things on my own before, but have failed. But now I’m going to do it with the Lord and I know that I will succeed. Before I forget, I would like to receive your monthly newsletter once again. I know that I haven’t written you lately, or at all for that matter. That is due to lack of stationary. But my little brother was kind enough to send me a couple of stamps. So here I am writing to you. I’ve shared your pamphlets with a few individuals here who I let check out my book and asked me for your info so they could get one of their own.
Johnny, CA
To Whom It May Concern,
About four years ago you sent me a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically" and I have enjoyed its content and shared this with many. Today it saddens me to tell you that my son is in jail. I would love for him to receive a copy of your book. At this time I know he doesn’t have any funds and he talks of changing his life. Your book helped me understand so much. I would really love for him to have a copy. If you find it in your heart.
Timothy, CA (a father in prison)
Dear Ron,
Hi brother. I got your newsletter a few days ago. The first one in about three months. I think that is in part because of my address change. I am doing my daily reading from faith to faith. I have been doing a lot of studying in the books of Daniel and Revelation. You are right what you are teaching in your book. I love it Ron. This is the first chance I had to write to you because I did not have your address.
George, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
We came off of that little lockdown. This cellhouse is just out of control almost. It’s crazy. On Sabbath Bob and I had a great study. Errol said he has been reading the CYLB book. I truly pray his heart starts to change for Christ. I’m glad more men are wanting to listen and learn. I just hope more will want to join together so we can have the Lord teach us some things. Yet at the same time I always remind them to work out their own salvation personally. I have to continually work hard on that one myself. It is good though to have some true Jesus loving friends to help you through. That is why I love you so much. :-) My prison experiences continue to expand and grow. I love Jesus so much, Ron, I truly want to be totally transformed. It is very hard and rewarding work.
Preston, IN
Dear Brother Ronald John,
Thank you for your reply. I have been encouraging the guys to write to you. I am in the process of putting together a Bible study that is not being addressed here. I am utilizing your book with the Bible. Slowly one guy at a time I’m showing them that most if not all of what they know about modern-day Christianity was and is false precepts that are not contained in the Bible but taught by the churches they belong to. It is a lot of work but your book has been most helpful in that regard. Most of the guys have said so as well, since receiving your book. They have liked it very much, especially since you have told it the way it actually is. And without all the gloss and polish. I’m still reading your book constantly, even though I have quite a bit of legal work to finish.. It’s a day at a time: day by day.
T.J., AZ
Dear Ron,
I hope this letter find everyone in good health and spirits. As for me today I just turned 48 and I am very blessed even though I’m locked up in prison. A brother told me about your book and then I read a tract that had your testimony and told about your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I was wondering if I could get a copy? I am indigent with no money to help but I do promise to share your book in studies and other Christian brothers.
Mark, CA
Sir,
A friend has your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I am doing time and am a new Christian. I read the Bible but I notice your book broke things down for me to understand and a lot of what I didn’t know before. So, if possible, could I receive one of your books? Please.

"The Creator chose for our first parents the surroundings best adapted for
their health and happiness. He did not place them in a palace or surround
them with the artificial adornments and luxuries that so many today are
struggling to obtain. He placed them in close touch with nature and in close
communion with the holy ones of heaven.
"In the garden that God prepared as a home for His children, graceful shrubs and delicate flowers greeted the eye at every turn. There were trees of every variety, many of them laden with fragrant and delicious fruit. On their branches the birds caroled their songs of praise. Under their shadow the creatures of the earth sported together without a fear.
"Adam and Eve, in their untainted purity, delighted in the sights and sounds of Eden. God appointed them their work in the garden, ‘to dress it and to keep it.’ Genesis 2:15. Each day’s labor brought them health and gladness, and the happy pair greeted with joy the visits of their Creator, as in the cool of the day He walked and talked with them. Daily God taught them His lessons.
"The plan of life which God appointed for our first parents has lessons for us. Although sin has cast its shadow over the earth, God desires His children to find delight in the works of His hands. The more closely His plan of life is followed, the more wonderfully will He work to restore suffering humanity. The sick need to be brought into close touch with nature. An outdoor life amid natural surroundings would work wonders for many a helpless and almost hopeless invalid.
"The noise and excitement and confusion of the cities, their constrained and artificial life, are most wearisome and exhausting to the sick. The air, laden with smoke and dust, with poisonous gases, and with germs of disease, is a peril to life. The sick, for the most part shut within four walls, come almost to feel as if they were prisoners in their rooms. They look out on houses and pavements and hurrying crowds, with perhaps not even a glimpse of blue sky or sunshine, of grass or flower or tree. Shut up in this way, they brood over their suffering and sorrow, and become a prey to their own sad thoughts.
"And for those who are weak in moral power, the cities abound in dangers. In them, patients who have unnatural appetites to overcome are continually exposed to temptation. They need to be placed amid new surroundings where the current of their thoughts will be changed; they need to be placed under influences wholly different from those that have wrecked their lives. Let them for a season be removed from those influences that lead away from God, into a purer atmosphere.
"Institutions for the care of the sick would be far more successful if they could be established away from the cities. And so far as possible, all who are seeking to recover health should place themselves amid country surroundings where they can have the benefit of outdoor life. Nature is God’s physician. The pure air, the glad sunshine, the flowers and trees, the orchards and vineyards, and outdoor exercise amid these surroundings, are health-giving, life-giving.
"Physicians and nurses should encourage their patients to be much in the open air. Outdoor life is the only remedy that many invalids need. It has a wonderful power to heal diseases caused by the excitements and excesses of fashionable life, a life that weakens and destroys the powers of body, mind, and soul.
"How grateful to the invalids weary of city life, the glare of many lights, and the noise of the streets, are the quiet and freedom of the country! How eagerly do they turn to the scenes of nature! How glad would they be to sit in the open air, rejoice in the sunshine, and breathe the fragrance of tree and flower! There are life-giving properties in the balsam of the pine, in the fragrance of the cedar and the fir, and other trees also have properties that are health restoring.
"To the chronic invalid, nothing so tends to restore health and happiness as living amid attractive country surroundings. Here the most helpless ones can sit or lie in the sunshine or in the shade of the trees. They have only to lift their eyes to see above them the beautiful foliage. A sweet sense of restfulness and refreshing comes over them as they listen to the murmuring of the breezes. The drooping spirits revive. The waning strength is recruited. Unconsciously the mind becomes peaceful, the fevered pulse more calm and regular. As the sick grow stronger, they will venture to take a few steps to gather some of the lovely flowers, precious messengers of God’s love to His afflicted family here below.
"Plans should be devised for keeping patients out of doors. For those who are able to work, let some pleasant, easy employment be provided. Show them how agreeable and helpful this outdoor work is. Encourage them to breathe the fresh air. Teach them to breathe deeply, and in breathing and speaking to exercise the abdominal muscles. This is an education that will be invaluable to them.
"Exercise in the open air should be prescribed as a life-giving necessity. And for such exercises there is nothing better than the cultivation of the soil. Let patients have flower beds to care for, or work to do in the orchard or vegetable garden. As they are encouraged to leave their rooms and spend time in the open air, cultivating flowers or doing some other light, pleasant work, their attention will be diverted from themselves and their sufferings.
"The more the patient can be kept out of doors, the less care will he require. The more cheerful his surroundings, the more helpful will he be. Shut up in the house, be it ever so elegantly furnished, he will grow fretful and gloomy. Surround him with the beautiful things of nature; place him where he can see the flowers growing and hear the birds singing, and his heart will break into song in harmony with the songs of the birds. Relief will come to body and mind. The intellect will be awakened, the imagination quickened, and the mind prepared to appreciate the beauty of God’s word.
In nature may always be found something to divert the attention of the sick from themselves and direct their thoughts to God. Surrounded by His wonderful works, their minds are uplifted from the things that are seen to the things that are unseen. The beauty of nature leads them to think of the heavenly home, where there will be nothing to mar the loveliness, nothing to taint or destroy, nothing to cause disease or death.
"Let physicians and nurses draw from the things of nature, lessons teaching of God. Let them point the patients to Him whose hand has made the lofty trees, the grass, and the flowers, encouraging them to see in every bud and flower an expression of His love for His children. He who cares for the birds and the flowers will care for the beings formed in His own image.
"Out of doors, amid the things that God has made, breathing the fresh, health-giving air, the sick can best be told of the new life in Christ. Here God’s word can be read. Here the light of Christ’s righteousness can shine into hearts darkened by sin. MH 261-266
Again, I want to thank those who have been so faithful in supporting this little ministry that God has raised up.
"Not to the early church only, but to all future generations, this example of God’s hatred of covetousness, fraud, and hypocrisy, was given as a danger-signal. It was covetousness that Ananias and Sapphira had first cherished. The desire to retain for themselves a part of that which they had promised to the Lord, led them into fraud and hypocrisy.
"God has made the proclamation of the gospel dependent upon the labors and the gifts of His people. Voluntary offerings and the tithe constitute the revenue of the Lord’s work. Of the means entrusted to man, God claims a certain portion,--the tenth. He leaves all free to say whether or not they will give more than this. But when the heart is stirred by the influence of the Holy Spirit, and a vow is made to give a certain amount, the one who vows has no longer any right to the consecrated portion. Promises of this kind made to men would be looked upon as binding; are those not more binding that are made to God? Are promises tried in the court of conscience less binding than written agreements of men?" {AA 74}
"It is not God’s purpose that Christians, whose privileges far exceed those of the Jewish nation, shall give less freely than they gave. ‘Unto whomsoever much is given,’ the Saviour declared, ‘of him shall be much required.’ Luke 12:48." {AA 337}
God bless each of you,
Ron
The Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does He withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Psalm 84:11
