Prison Mission Report!
Dear Brothers and Sister in Christ,
"Nothing will so arouse a self-sacrificing zeal and broaden and strengthen the character as to engage in work for others. Many professed Christians, in seeking church relationship, think only of themselves. They wish to enjoy church fellowship and pastoral care. (Sit in front of 3ABN, etc.) They become members of large and prosperous churches, and are content to do little for others. In this way they are robbing themselves of the most precious blessings. Many would be greatly benefited by sacrificing their pleasant, ease-conducing associations. They need to go where their energies will be called out in Christian work and they can learn to bear responsibilities." {MH 151.3}
Dear Ron,
In this letter I will explain how I have been applying the book, "Change Your Life Biblically" to my daily life. I am applying this information to my life in prison by doing my best to live as Jesus did. I was raised in a Christian household and always went to church growing up. So a lot of this information isn’t new to me. But I did learn a lot that my church didn’t teach. Before I got arrested I was real heavy in drugs and gangs. I recently gave up the gang life by dropping out and having been trying to give my life to God since then. In prison we are tested daily, I believe. For instance, the other day I was accused of talking bad about another inmate. Normally I would have fought over it. But instead, I let things cool down then explained to him what really happened. Instead of resorting to violence I got my senses and forgave him. I am also trying my best to help spread the Word. I have no money, so instead, I pass out your flyers. I also try to have Bible studies with my cellies. But some aren’t believers so I pray for them. I also started keeping Saturday holy. I used to work out on Saturdays, bit I quit and in its place I read the Bible. I put myself in the Bible as much as I can so I can prepare myself for the future. Basically, thanks to your book, I truly believe that the end is near and try to live each day as if it was my last and have made myself scared to sin. I sometimes slip up and get discouraged. When that happens I get into the Word. I don’t hold grudges anymore. Instead I forgive and try to spread the Word to all my brothers.

Dear Brother Ronald,
I received your most welcome letter. Yes, I got moved. We are presently on lock down do to something that happened on another yard. So we are waiting to be searched. I pray that things get better and we are able to program. I’m half way through the book, "Change Your Life Biblically" you sent me and some things have started to make better sense to me. As soon as I’m done reading it once, I’m gonna go over it a second time and then start to answer it. Enclosed please find three stamps for your use. Sorry, it’s not much. I don’t have anyone looking out for me and a friend was kind enough to give me a few to send to you. Thank you very much for your kind guidance and may the Lord continue to bless you and your loved ones.
Jose, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
I received your most welcomed letter. I’m so thankful for the way that you put the Bible study together. It actually made me study much harder giving me more time in the scriptures to actually absorb the knowledge and retain it. I never understood the Bible the way I do now. About Jesus and the prophets and prophesies. I’m learning the real history of this world and of the world to come. And what remains the most in my heart is the covenant between myself and God to keep me from stumbling or making excuses like "I didn’t know". God’s simple command, do exactly as I command, is written in my heart. I also understand that God gave me a mind. We are not robots. It would be to easy for us if we were. I am working on the second part of my assignment. Thoroughly reading the cross references and all scripture pertaining to volume one. The more knowledge I receive the more excited I become. I truly enjoy reading and understanding "all" the scriptures. Ron, I also received wonderful news last week. I went in front of the director of California Prison Review Board. And after 10 years I am finally being released from the SHU. The board meets about twice a year at the three SHU prisons. Last time nobody got cut loose. This time 8 out of 10 guys that went were cut loose. And what do you know? Every guy admitted, including myself, to praying long and hard for God’s forgiveness and mercy for our past sins and to free us from the SHU. I came out from that hearing with a big smile and tears in my eyes. Through the power of prayer and doing what’s good in God’s eyes has brought to me a miracle in my life. Living in the SHU is a life of chains and cages. Living and being treated as animals. No more. God has released me from those chains. I wanted to share with you and your ministry brother Ron, just how great and good God is to us when we do, exactly as He says. Thank you Jesus. And thank you brother Ron.
Stephen, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
I want to write you to say, "Thank you". I received your workbook "Change Your Life Biblically". I read through it once and was getting ready to read it again before I took the test. But we have haters here. Someone tore the book in half and took half and left the other half on my bed. Yes, I got very upset. Its taken me a minute to calm down and yes, brother, I’m here asking you to send me another book. I will enclose my 10 stamps. Please rush me my book. It’s a great read and yes I’m learning a lot, like the Sabbath. I did not know that and I even questioned the Catholic Chaplain about this and needless to say, he got upset and made it sound like you were the devil. I was confused, I’ll admit. But brother Ron, I will never question you or your book again. Why? Well brother Ron, I’m in the process of doing another Bible study and do you know they make it plain and clear to keep the Sabbath holy (Saturday). So my brother, I’m asking you to please send me another book so I can continue my studies. Again, Thank you and God bless you my brother. Your newsletters are great reading.
Chris, CA
Dear Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,
I have come across a flier about your ministry. I also read what Kenny wrote. I am highly encouraged to start right away on my spiritual growth. So if you guys can be so kind to send me the workbook to get started on the journey to unlocking the mysteries of the Word. I feel that I am ready to take the challenge and begin the race.
David, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
Thanks again for your book. I am glad you thought I did a good job with my Bible study. Not to boast, but I thought I did too. I re-read volume I and again still learned more from it. Or should I say it continues to solidify its truth. It revealed to me how real God is. How real Jesus is. That I am to keep the Ten Commandments. All of them. Including the 7th day Saturday Sabbath. From reading the Plan of Salvation in the Old Testament and reading it in the New Testament, I am no longer confused. I have learned to stop sinning, have faith in Christ and build my kingdom up in heaven not here on this earth. So what I am doing is on Saturday I watch no TV. I read, study and worship. If I can help someone I try. I am trying to spread this true message of salvation. That has become a lot harder than I originally thought. My aunt and grandma think I am going down the wrong path or to dogmatic. And you know, these comments actually put a smile on my face. I can’t believe the amount of effort people go through for proving the holiness of Sunday. I find it really amazing. Once a person knows that God never changes and that Jesus was the one directing Moses, then there is no way a person can deny the eternal truth. And in all honesty, obeying God’s Laws is not all that difficult as long as a person is willing to let go of this world. Ron, I want to double thank you for your work. Hopefully I can get some donations your way sometime. I believe what you have said about Jesus is more true than from anyone I know.
Preston, IN
Dear Brother Ron,
Guess what? I received my book tonight. Thank you very much for rushing it to me. I’m going to start reading it again tonight. Again, thank you. I’m sure you could use the stamps. Consider towards my tithes. Yes, I was very upset to have my book destroyed. I had to take a deep breath and not allow myself to rely on my old self and deal with it in a mature way. Again thank you. Yes, that was my next door neighbor who you sent the book to. I’ve been passing your pamphlets out to anyone and everyone who will take it. I’m limited because I’m in AD/SEG and in one section. But I try to get the word out. I will do a better job when I get to where ever they send me. Very pleased we talked about my experience with the chaplain here on the Sabbath. I did my home work and Mr. Ronald, everywhere I looked, it backs your teachings. You should of seen his face when I asked him. The first thing he asked is, "Whose Bible study are you doing." Like he was upset. Go figure. I wanted to thank you again and I want you to know that I’m willing to help you in any way I can. Like I said, I’ve passed out the pamphlets and I will do so when I hit a yard. Yes, the more I learn I’m with you. What a wonderful God we have.
Chris, CA
Dear Sir,
I recently had a chance to sit in a Bible study as well as glance over your book, ‘Change Your Life Biblically’. I would like to get a copy of your book and do your study. I hope you will give me a chance to do your study.
Randy, CA
Dear Mr. Ronald,
My name is Anthony. I wanted to take the time to ask you for your book. My cellie just received your book. I’m really into the Bible. I was sentenced to 20 years. I just thought your book would be good for me to read. If it is not to much to ask, could I please receive your book. I’m very humble to learn more about the Lord. I want to walk out of here strong minded.
Anthony, CA
Dear Brother John in Christ,
I am being blessed each and every day as I do my book study you sent me and read my Bible. Brother, I’m learning so much, thanks be to God and you for putting your book into my hands. I had asked God to come into my life in the mid ‘80s. But didn’t start getting seriously into the Bible until around 1998. Since then I’ve been looking for the truth of the Word of God. I’ve done Bible studies through mail before, and I’ve done studies with different religions through the years since 1998 and now. I honestly have to say that I had never been in 100 percent agreement with none of them. I have never gotten a study that has helped me to understand the Bible as the one that you sent me. I thank you and our God for that. I remember this one lady I was studying with around in 2003. I think she was getting frustrated cause I wasn’t agreeing with a lot of things she was trying to teach me. She is a Jehovah’s Witness. She asked me, "What are you looking in religion for." And I told her, "I am not looking for religion, I’m looking for the truth." That was the last of our studies. That has been one of my prayers to our God Jesus that He would teach me His truth. I didn’t want to be miss lead. I didn’t want to mislead no one. And now with your book in my hands, my prayer has been answered. This is my second time reading it. I’ll be done reading it for the 2nd time before I go home to my loved ones. I would sure like to call you when I get out. I would sure like to keep in touch with you and help bless your ministry with whatever blessing Jesus blesses me with once I’m out. I’m sending 10 stamps so you can send me a book in my name. I want to bless my cellie with your book before I leave. It’s a surprise and I didn’t want to ask him for his CDC #. I also want to say before I close this letter that I’m in 100 percent agreement with you and your book. Indeed, the truth has set me free and it feels good.
Victor, CA
Ronald John,
I just want to thank you for your correspondence. It’s great to hear about our Lord Jesus Christ. I have five stamps and don’t have any money but I’m rich in Spirit though. I literally love to study about God our Creator. I will have five more stamps in my next letter. Well, thank you for writing me. I think you have an awesome prison ministry. I have heard a lot about your training center. Will you please pray for me and my wife. I want to learn more about God so I need whatever you can do for me.
Albert, CA
Dear Brother Ron,
Just a letter to let you know that things are looking up. I have gotten two letters from someone in W.V. to correspond with. That’s close to N.C. where I’m from. Also, my friend here wants to do a Bible study. I have been sharing with him but he can’t have my book because I use it for studies. A new guy moved next to me. He’s studying "Change Your Life" book also. I ran into another guy here that praised your book almost as I do. If I never came here this would have never happened. Thank God for "Change Your Life Biblically". My friend Ricky will be writing to you. That’s the guy I study with. But he needs his own book.
James, CA
To whom it may concern,
Enclosed is the Ten Stamps requested to receive the workbook. I’m an indigent inmate who has no help from outside. But the Lord placed it in those hearts who provided the stamps. I showed them the letter and they just willingly gave. Thank you very much for the time you all take to reach out to us behind these barbed wire fences.
Ochoa, CA
Dear Brothers & Sister at Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,
I’m writing this short letter to ask for a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". I’m enclosing ten stamps. Also brother, I wanted to know if I can find "Change Your Life Biblically" in Spanish. Could you please inform me in your response of this. Well my brothers & sisters there at Jesus Christ Ministry, thank you for everything you do for prisoners. We need brethren like you to help us plainly understand God’s Word, history, etc.
Oscar, CA
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
In my country there is a harvest time. Many men, women are coming into the kingdom of God. But there is spiritual problem because of lack of knowledge. I am humbly request you to send me your books from your ministry. I hope you will help me to grow my ministry. I am eagerly expect to hear from you very soon.

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
(Folks, I would love to send books over seas. Unfortunately, the last time I attempted to send a case of 42 books the cost jumped from $50 to $220. We are just not able. We are balancing on the edge of a financial cliff right now and pray that funds will pour in so we can begin meeting all the requests that come to us. God bless each and every one of you who so faithfully provide month by month so we can continue the work God has called this little ministry to.)
Hello Brother Ron,
I’m indigent and I would like to be blessed with your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". My cellie has a copy of your book and he let me begin my Bible study with your book, "Change Your Life Biblically". I can’t tell you how truly amazed I was about the simplest understandings of the Bible in your book. I’m not going to be able to finish reading it because my cellie is transpacking to leave to another facility. Please bless me with a copy of your book, "Change Your Life Biblically".
Rudy, CA
Dear Ronald,
I received this form from a fellow inmate who has recently received your study course. I am truly interested in changing my life for the better. I do not have anyone at all in my life. My family is either deceased or incarcerated. I am writing to ask you to please find it in your heart to send me the material to do this course. I truly thank you.
David, AZ
Dear Ronald,
Thank you for the newsletter. It’s great to know that so many people across the nation are starting to open their eyes and see the true meaning of the Bible. The way it is put together is like no other Bible study book I have ever read. As I was reading through it, I couldn’t help but to stop and talk to my celly about it. So many things I have learned from this book. I only wish I would have known these things when I was out in the free world. It might have done me some good. Who knows? But only God. Everything happens for a reason. I am just now starting to realize that the only way I could ever learn about the Lord was to catch some time in prison. Where I now have the time to give to Him by reading and studying His true and holy Word. The thing I like the most is the fact that it was an inmate who wrote it. Some one who knows what it is like to be away from the world. Thank you. There are two fellow inmates here that I would really love to help find their own way to the Lord. But if you can possibly help, maybe they can have their own copy of the book. We are slammed down and won’t be coming out of our cell until next year. I won’t be able to lend them mine. Is it possible for them to get their own?
Ruben, CA
Dear Jesus Christ Prison Ministry,
I am interested in learning about your "Change Your Life Biblically" workbook. I have heard a lot of good things about your book. That it exposes nothing but all futility, fossilized customs of pagans.
Oscar, CA
Dear Ron,
So glad you didn’t give up on my address. I would like a copy of what these prisoners are reading. What is the cost? Please send me one.
Grandma Mary, IL (Donor)
Dear Brother Ron,
I would like very much to receive your workbook. I’m sending my $25 along with this letter. My son is to be sentenced July for murder. I know God will get us through this. He is finished your workbook.
Juanita, IN (Non-inmate)
Hello,
I would like to receive a copy of "Change Your Life Biblically". My celly has a copy of it and I must say, it caught my attention. I recently accepted Christ into my heart. I’ve never really taken the time to apply myself like I know I should. But I would like to for my family and for myself. I’m tired of this life style and wasting my time. I would like to know if you happen to have a Spanish version of your book. I would like to show my spouse who only speaks and reads Spanish.
Jose, CA
(Again folks, we need $30,000 to get the books printed into Spanish. I pray that each of you will do all in your power to help us fund the printing of these books. Please let your family, friends and church family know of this little ministry. God bless all of you who have been so faithful in supporting us each month with all your tithes and offerings.
Ron)
Dear Brother,
I know that it’s been a few months since the last time I wrote. Please forgive me, but I’m in a fire camp and stay very busy. I have a pen-pal from your web page and wanted to say thank you very much and let you know that God is so faithful. I get out in about 120 days and will be staying back in the High Desert. I was thinking that maybe you knew somewhere up there where I could find work or some place that could help me find a job.
Gary, CA
Dear JCPM,
I am writing you in hopes of receiving one of your "Change Your Life Biblically" books. I thank God for inspiring you to write Change Your Life. I have a ripped copy and it has helped me with my knowledge of our Saviour.
James, OR
Dear Brother Ronald,
I have been reading my cellie’s copy and I got to give it to you, the book has been great so far. It opened my eyes to know more about Jesus. There are things in volume 1 that I really didn’t know. But about 5 or 6 years ago I was going to church, so I knew what I was taught. But this book explains more things than the church I was going to. I’m trying to get my family to order your book. If it could open my eyes, it could open theirs.
Anthony, CA
Dear Brother Ronald John,
I have received the "Change Your Life Biblically". I thank you for sending it to me. I’m enjoying it to the fullest. I have been studying it every day. Do you have any "Change Your Life Biblically" in Spanish. There are a few Spanish inmates here who are changing their lives to work for our Father in Heaven.
Chunterry, CA
(Sorry Chunterry. We are still waiting on hearts to be open to the leading of the Lord to provide us with the funding to get the books printed into Spanish. We have a $10,000 debt and need to pay that off before we can get Spanish books printed. The economy right now is not good and we have few donors.)
Dear Sir,
I would truly appreciate it if you could send me "Change Your Life Biblically". I have read some of it from a person in prison. I enjoyed it and I found it quite informative. I found it to be a complete blessing.
Cruz, CA
Dear Brother Ronald John,
My neighbors referred your study to my cellmate and I. They say "Hi" and that they are really enjoying the study. I enclosed a couple of stamps and a couple stamped envelopes. That’s all I had right now, but my wife and my cellmate’s wife are going to send you some $ and I will also send you more stamps. If you could send us studies I promise to get monies to you. Thank you very much.
Tracy, CA
Hello,
I am responding back to you with ten stamps and would like to participate in all to learn more and help out. I thank you for all the help you will provide.
Alejandro, CA
Hello,
I received your letter last night and sure was good to hear from you. My cellmate gave me your mail out to fill out so I sent it to you and I thank you for your quick response. This prison has been on lock down for a couple of months now. We got to get program for almost a week. They just locked it down again for who knows how long. I just started to read your book and my cellmate moved. It was his book, and I must tell you, a fine book it was. When I get some more freedoms I will try to help your ministry. I was getting a lot out of your book. If you can, please send me a copy.
Mark, CA
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I would like to request a copy of God’s book, "Change Your Life Biblically". A friend lent me his copy for a few days. I got 49 pages read and researched scripture. He has to leave in a few days, so I’m praying for a copy from you.
Donald, CO
Brother Ron,
Thanks for your letter. I have to say that it really amazes me how you seem to have the time to answer everyone’s letter while at the same time you’re working your ministry. Like myself, I’m sure receiving your letters are a big help for a lot of people. I just want to thank you for opening my eyes to the true gospel. I’m on my second reading of "Change Your Life Biblically" and I’m not a fast learner, but Jesus is slowly bringing it all together for me. But what I’ve learned so far I’m trying to live by. But one of the things I’ve learned is that I can do all things through Christ. Your book has been an inspiration for me. I like how it takes you to the Bible to give proof of everything you speak of. I’ve never read my Bible with this much enthusiasm. I would like to make some type of donation to your ministry each month, or whenever I’m able. However, I don’t get much money. I would like to know if I can make a donation each month with a few stamps? I want you to know that since I’ve been studying "Change Your Life Biblically" I can feel the change in my life and I feel so good in my new life. I now keep the Sabbath holy and that’s not half of what I’ve learned so far. Once again, thank you and your ministry so much.
Darrin, FL
Dear Ron,
First off, thank you for this work of the Lord. I really enjoyed your book and it will be a tool for me forever. I think you are a blessed man and have released good knowledge. Your book stirs much controversy and I defend you more then not. Thank you and I do recommend this book to many. I used to be Catholic, so you know how difficult my learning curve has been.
Timothy, CA
This new year will be challenging for all of us if the economy continues as it has been. God has promised to bless those who live His perfect, righteous and holy life. Let us serve Him in obedience and in faith we shall see all our needs provided for.
Love in Christ,
Ron
